Sir, I am port my no. [protected] from Tata Docomo to Airtel before three month ago but after MNP I am facing problem "Message sending Failed " I am complaint about this many time at Airtel customer care or Toll free 198 but every time they give me Complaint Reference No. but Problem is not Solved. my message Center no. is OK & as per instruction of customer care executive I sweep my SIM Card & Also Change My Mobile Handset but still I am facing this problem. I am very puzzled this mobile no. is 10 year old or I am not want to change this Number. Complaint no. AirTel — message sending problem
dear sir,,,i am using airtel mobile services for past one year . last one month i could not send my messages . there is some problem with network and i have informed customer care many time . but nobody cares and the customer care staffs just doing nothing for my complaints .my mobile number is [protected] . i think airtel service is very waste . they doesnt care about customer . i dont know whom i have to contact to rectify my problem .i hope this mail will help and someone will do some thing to send message

AirTel — MESSAGE FAILED
Hello, I have complaint regarding messages.The messages are not sent and it shows failed and saved msg in outbox. I am facing this problem for many days.
