[Resolved] Airtel Hyderabad — Pathetic customer service! | |
My mobile number is #[protected]. I am using this number since 2 years. Actually it is prepaid connection and recently i transferred to postpaid with same number. I completed all formalities. I am getting same message like prepaid connection and outgoing was cut and Airtel people are sending messages and messages regarding bill etc etc. I am not able to using my phone number without outgoing, but they are genearting bill. What is this. I want to go to consumer court as early as possible if my problem is not solved Was this information helpful? | |

i got a message i.e., we can call to u.s at rs 1.99
/min for rc2247 but it is not giving the information about the validity &talktime i made this recharge but it gave message as talktime-0 but didnot gave validity this is poor information.& after the recharge it is costing the same price for us but not 1.99ps.what is this dam thing give me imediate reply for this.my mobile number is [protected].

I activated jobs requirement AIRTEL message. I am getting message from Airtel. For message, they are taking 30 rupees. I want to deactivate this provision.
Please anyone convey, what’s the procedure to deactivate this plan and send Hyderabad Customer care number to speck the customer care officer.

since 3months my number has been disconnected with the out going messeges plz give me reply for this problem soon...
