[Resolved] Airtel Hyderabad — Pathetic customer service!
My mobile number is #[protected]. I am using this number since 2 years. Actually it is prepaid connection and recently i transferred to postpaid with same number. I completed all formalities. I am getting same message like prepaid connection and outgoing was cut and Airtel people are sending messages and messages regarding bill etc etc. I am not able to using my phone number without outgoing, but they are genearting bill. What is this. I want to go to consumer court as early as possible if my problem is not solved
