[Resolved]  Airtel India — Problems with AirTel broadband!

please contact my dead AIRTEL No.[protected] WITH BROADBAMD , BRODBAND KA PURA BAND BAJA HUA HAI.

CUSTOMER CARE of airtel is careless service unit, as specially Mr. Ajit Saha, ganeswar etc they have chited with there service.Thats why i'm bound not be an airtel consumer. SUHANTA PATRA
hi, i am facing a lot of problem to acess gprs service.i have loged complain on last 06/03/2008, but till date nobody rectify my complain.iam using nokia-5300 and mobile number is [protected].
after a lot of trial to customer care, they have barring my number .lastly i used sms to 121, as a reply they sujest me to recharge rs.299/- accordingly i have again recharge with rs. 299/-on 12/03/2008, though earier i have recharge 04/03/2008.MY PRESENT PROBLEM IS ..I AM UNABLE TO ACESS INTERNET .when i am going to acess it sows "SUSCRIBE TO PACKET DATA FIRST"I'M ALSO HAVING WITH MOBILE OFFICE SETTING.KINDLY HELP ME..SUSHANTA PATRA
Airtel's billing goes for toss - they will send you a bill of Rs 5, 000 if your normal bill with other company is Rs 800. They will then push you for unlimited usage plan at lower speeds. It is a scam - dont take Airtel broadband. Go for TATA or MTNL.
Hi i've applied for Airtel Broadband Connection on 2nd February 2010 and still i dint got airtel connection and they not respond properly if i call the guy Mr Prakash ([protected]) and He uses foul language when i told i need my deposit amount back please help me to sort out this problem and my subscriber enrollment form number is 0083160 and when i called Customer care on 1st April that complaint number is 31108322, and the much irritating thing is how can they use foul languages to thier customers .. please help me out regarding this issue and he warn me if i complaint to higher authorities he will come to my residence and create problems

I Applied for a connection with Airtel Broad Band REF NO; 63412720. I spoke to a Mr. Sharad and gave him directions to my residence...then 4 days later got an regret sms from Air tel saying that "Ramaiah Layout is not covered with airtel broadband so they could not provide us with the connection... coincidentally on the same day i.e 14th March 2012 a guy called up at 08:45pm saying that it was possible to give the connection and he asked for directions to the house from mentioned number [protected].

He came home and filled out the details and I paid him Rs.3000/ which is the refundable deposit and Rs 500 for connection charges. As I am new to Bangalore I did not have a cheque to hand over so I handed him the cash.

I have waited for 4 days and there was no sign of anyone coming with the router. When I called up this number was very rude on the phone and said it was the wrong number...he has since stopped picking up the call...today 22nd Mar 2012, I tried calling him from a different number and he took the call but he cut the call immediately when he knew it was me and did not pick up the call again. I must have tried 10 times since.

Must I report to the police about this robbery or will this man be caught for stealing...incidentally he has torn off the foil sheet in such a way that the TBLR CEF NO: 463_ _9 HALF IS MISSING. The airtel office on Kamanahalli has refused to entertain our matter and say they can't do any thing about it...so do you say I have to forget the fraud...

strangely there is another complaint against the same man if you look above. If this is the attitude Airtel will definitely suffer having recruited such criminal conniving employees who spoil the name of the entire company.

I request you to look into the matter as I do not want to go to higher authorities yet...if it is solved at your level I will wait or else I will have to take another route to end such fraud.
