Airtel India — Cheating and wrong guidance. Non refund

I got a call for buy a new SIM card from one of the franchise of the Airtel and I agreed as the scheme was attractive.
They gave me a card and took 600/- Rupees cash (I have the receipt). Next day a guy from Airtel came to confirm my bill plan. The bill plan information with him was totally different. I rejected and mentioned in the feedback form.
He said your money would be refunded and its 4 Months now and the refund is not done. + the number that i was promised was also not given.
the sim card number i was alloted was: 86830623

hi .this is antony ...i am here text u to bring again the mobile office scheme, , , , , , , its very useful to us...so please bring mobile office one day pack and week pack or try to bring one day ...my friends are changed thier numbers to aircel because of this mobile office is not there ...kindly approved my petition ... and thanks in advance
SUBJECT: Regarding misbehavior on telephone by AIRTEL Employee



Sir,

This is to inform you that I was using your AIRTEL connection which was on my father’s name No.- [protected] . I send request for discontinue this connection which was discontinue on 15th May 2009. Bill payment was not made as I could not get time because of my exams. Two day back (i.e. 18th may) I received telephone by Miss. MEETA (employee of collection department Chandigarh) from no. - [protected] for payment. I told her that I will pay on 21st but because of exams and practical I could not get time. Today 22nd I saw 2 miss calls by the same no. at 5:30 pm that time I was sleeping. At 6 pm first I received call from my relatives from Delhi that I have not paid the bill. Then they took my father’s number from relative. Then after that, I call to Miss. MEETA that why she called to my relatives, she should call me instead of my relative and if I not pick phone that time she must wait for 1 day. She told me that this is the method to collect the payment. Then I said this is the wrong method and when I try to make them understand that because of short of time I could not make the payments, she ask me how much time that I can take for payments. She said that AIRTEL took 72 day for same number to issue other party. Then I said doesn’t matter if I pay after few days but she told me to give the exact time and date when I will pay the bill. After that she cut my phone (which is the disrespect of the customer). But then I called back and she gives phone to other male employee and he also not listens to me and again disconnects my call. After that they call three times to my relative at Delhi for payments. Now the payments are clear receipt no. is a[protected].

Sir I am student and I have final exams of my B.tech degree and I can’t disturb my study but your employee (Miss. MEETA), she threat me that she will take legal action against me.

Sir, I am very sorry to say that your employee don’t have manners. She doesn’t realize that such type of behaviors hurts and disturbs the student.

Hope that you will look upon this matter. So some other customer may not hurt or harassed by such uncivilized employee.
