[Resolved]  Airtel India — Misguidance regarding the bill and money laundering

Hello,
I am Ashok Patil, a resident of Bangalore. Last year I ported my mobile service connection to Airetel India from Vodafone services. I was under a plan which was moderate for a middle class working professional. As the days passed by i realized that my bill amount started increasing. Since i could not afford it anymore i planned to port my number once again. When i requested the same, i got a call from an employee of Airtel Retention Team who promised me that they will provide a net discount of 50Rs on my entire bill value. I was quite convined and planned to stick around.
But even after that my bills almost remained same. Infact got high again. So my troublesome days started where in i used to call up the customer service extention most of the time of my day and in turn never used to get a solution. Every advisor used to make me wait for long minutes and either disconnect or put me to another line. I registered many complaints regarding the mismatch in my bill to almost every possible department in Airtel.
Meanwhile i used to pay all my bills and enquire about a solution for the mismatch that was happening. One fine day when i spoke to a particular advisor, the truth i got to know was mind staggering. All the while i was not actually getting the discount. My bill was just manipulated in a way to make me feel that i was actually getting the discount. My bill always used to be so complicated that even the customer service advisors were unable to explain it. So it was like increasing the cost price of a product by 50Rs and the telling the customer that i will sell it for 50Rs less.
All the while airtel was just manipulating my bill and was telling me that i am actually getting discount.
When i did move to social networking site (Facebook) regarding this issue, a lady named Narinder contacted me from Delhi and introduced herself as one of the employee from an influential post. She did promise me that i will be compensated for the issue that i faced and assured me that this won't repeat in future. She made me wait for 25 days and still counting but still unable to reach. I have to call her up every time at my expenses and still in vain.
I please request you to go through my complaint and provide me a necessary compensation along with a future resolution.

AirTel — Misguidance

I had bought Nokia phone three weeks back and with that I had got an airtel sim ([protected]) which I recharged with Rs. 195 recharge coupon for the life time and after that I did not used sim and kept it for use in future but Rs. 15 were automatically deducted for Hello Tune and on contacting customer care I got the reply that I will get back that amount within two days but nothing came out then on again contacting customer care i got the same reply. Now the situation is that I cannot contact customer care from that number because the services to customer care has been barred on that sim. This is not the question of Rs. 15 but this is the question is how your customer care is making innocent public fool. Hope you will provide me Rs. 15 and allow my number in customer care.

Airtel — customercare mis guidance

dear sir,
I was using airtel postpaid mobile from about 1.5 years.Two months ago, i converted my no. into prepaid because i was not satisfied with my bill as it was much more than my expectations.
Yesterday airtel blocked my incomming and outgoing.When i asked customer care about firstly they told me that they did'nt recived my doccuments.Then i rushed to there showroom to submit my doccuments again but there i came to know that my doccuments have been recived.Than i called customer care again, then they said the same thing that they already have doccuments and said there is some other problem and they cant tell bcoz their computer is not showing any problem.when i asked to register a complaint they didn't gave me complaint no. and said i can confirm from 121 anytime.Third time when i called customer care in morning to confirm my complaint this time they say that my no. was barred bcoz of verification problem.As i remember when i converted this no. into prepaid, i got a call for verification and i confirmed everything to them and they are blocking my no. after 2 months .
everytime when i call airtel i get different answers from customer care. and now if i didn't get any satisfactry answer this time i m gng to consumer court.
