[Resolved]  Airtel — LOST MOBILE - BLOCK AIRTEL SIM

Dear service team,

Hi, this is SHRI BHAGWAN from HOSHIARPUR having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. My wife lost my mobile today at 03:00pm, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card as soon as possible.I feel your team can gauge the seriousness of the problem and take the necessary action please.

Good Evening

My Name Is Mrs VIDHYA GIRI, I am using a Air Tel Mobile No. [protected] from Nov -2007 and another Air Tel Mobile No. [protected] from last 7 to 8 month, but presently i am not using Air Tel Mobile No. [protected] from Dec 2008, I want surrendard the Air Tel Mobile No. [protected] and i also make a no. of compalain regarding closed the Air Tel Mobile No. [protected]. But presently no any response from Air Tel. And thay are also charge per month bill of the Air Tel Mobile No. [protected].

And another problem is, i am using Air Tel GPRS on the Air Tel Mobile No. [protected], but right now i am not satisfy Current Month bill, because they charge more and more amount of GPRS.

After that i call Customer Care but they are not given me any response about my problem, after that i make a email on Air Tel Costomer Care, but again response is zero.

And Bigest problem is without any call they are barred my Mobile No. [protected] ( INCOMING AND OUTGOING BOTH). Present time i dont make a call to somebody and recived call from anywhare . My Mobile No. is dissconnected from Air Tel.

If I Make a call on 121 (Help Line No. of Air Tel) no body is picke

Please suggest me what i can do

please check bill amount of Subject to GPRS using, i use my net maximum 3-4
HRS in a week and your?GPRS system is also very slow. I want only please
