[Resolved] Airtel — Stopped incoming & outgoing | |||
I had the airtel nos.: [protected], [protected] with airtel postpaid service. I applied for change in service under MNP to Airtel Prepaid. Regarding bill settlement, they asked me to submit Rs. 4000 in cash & rest Rs. 2000 they agreed to adjust in security payment paid at the time of availing postpaid connection. Now they called me after shifting my no. to prepaid scheme and asked me to pay another Rs. 3500, which I clearly refused citing exploitation. But they have now barred my incoming & outgoing both, that too on a weekend. What am I supposed to do, with so many important business meetings? Kindly provide justice!!! There is no range in our area so there is problem for incomming calls.

I PURCHASED AIRTEL CONNECTION WITH NOKIA 1110 HANDSET from RITIK'S MOBILE WORLD, 29, DURGA MANDIR MARKET, DABAULI, KANPUR, BRANCH F-818, GUJAINI, KANPUR AGAINST BILL NO. 1827 DATED 29.09.2007.
