[Resolved]  Airtel Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment — AIRTEL MOBILE POST PAID BILL PAYMENT REG.

I used to pay my AIRTEL Post Paid Mobile bill payment regulary initially through internet of ICICI Bank internet access to my SB account by Online Bill Payment method.

But once ICICI VISA Bill Pay called me and somehow I registered to pay the Same Airtel Post Paid Bill of my mobile through ICICI VISA Bill Pay. Everymonth, they paid before 5 days of the due date and infom me.

But in Dec'08 my Airatel Bill for Rs.2095.29 was due on 9th Dec'08 and I didnot receive any communication from ICICI VISA Bill Pay till 8th Of Dec'08. Then as usual I noticed that ICICI VISA Bill Pay had not paid my bill and hence I paid on Dt.[protected], my Airtel Bill through my Internet Account of ICICI by way of ONLINE BILL Payment.

I received an automated SMS immediately from AIRTEL about receipt of Payment. But to my surprise, Airtel started sending SMS and started calling that the Bill is not paid.

I lodged complaint to ICICI VISA BILL Pay and as well to AIRTEL, but I was put in to lot of anxiety and no body responded properly. After repeated phone calls to ICICI and Airtel Customer Care finally Airtel Acknolwedged the Payment of Rs.2296 pm Dt.[protected], but manwhile, to my Surprise ICICI VISA Bill Pay clerverly paid my Bill again saying that the DUE DATE of MY AIRTEL BILL is ON DT.[protected].

Now my Airtel Bill is paid twice. Who will compensate to my anxiety and the trouble I had to undergo all the time.
