[Resolved]  Airtel — Deactivate Frenzo service

HI SIR, i have been activated frenzo service and it will renewed in 2 days and i will be charged Rs20, so its better for to de-activate this service...i have given complaint regarding this to one of your supervisor and my reference no is cbnra[protected] and my contact no is [protected]...

Even i am facing the above menioned problem... the frenzo service was activated on my cellphone ([protected]) without asking me.. i am being charged for this service again and again... kindly look into the matter and get it resolved at the earliest

From the last 4 days Airtel is charging 1 Rs. Daily I am geting msg about that I have been charged for using Frenzo chat, The fact is that I had already de-activated that service on 8th April then how the service got activate again without informing me. I have also talked with the Customer care But they even not able to sort it out the problem. Now My Question is Is it Call Airtel ?? For This kind of service you charging the maximum charges comparing with the other network. One thing I must say that Airtel (IBM Daksh) is the worst Customer care center. Its far bater to take the connection from BSNL & Vodafone.

hi fnds, i m from dubai n using a DU network in which frenzo is activated please if anyone can help me to deactivate frenzo, i have allready spoke to customer care centre but they have no idea exept the site address. please help me n give me the full details how to deactivate.

Airtel — De-active Frenzo services

I would like to de-active Frenzo services, I donot know how it go activated, every month around 40/- will be deducted.
