Airtel — Delay in refund after cancellation of new DTH installation and improper response | |||
Hello, I''d taken a new Airtel digital TV connection on 10-Mar-2011 of Rs.3450/-. But I''d to cancel it (on the very same day) due to some technical reasons: 1) Dish connection on our society terrace not allowed. 2) No east window open in my flat (this was not intimated earlier during ordering). I''d registered my complaint regarding the refund on 14-Mar-2011 & was assured on 16-Mar-2011 that I''ll get my money in the next 7-10 days. After waiting for more than 20 days, I again called your customer care on 07-Apr-2011 & got a reply that I''ll get my money in next 48 hours. But then even after a week no refund was received. I again called up 14-Apr-2011 & the representative asked to send an email complaint. I did that also but in no respnse till now. I then called up again on 17-Apr-2011 & was assured of refund within 48 hrs. But still I havent received my refund amount. Every time I call up their Customer care I get a different answer or a promise that I''ll get it in next 48 hrs. airtel dth new connection — delay in installation
Airtel dth ID [protected]I ordered new airtel dth connection on 1st of april 2011 and it will be installled with in 24 to 48 hrs. today 5th april 5.50pm till now no one contacted from air tel installtion engineer for installtion. Still my issue is not resolved. Havent got my money back.
A couple of different representatives have given me a call asking me about the complaint & whether it is resolved.
Cant they check the current status & details of my complaint in your system. Also there is no concrete reply from them. They keep the phone saying they will get back to me in 2 days.
But those 2 days will never come.

Airtel DTH — Delay in new Airtel DTH connection
Dear Airtel,I took an airtel connection on 29th of september 2010 by online payment through credit card. I took from some person call Amit Rai(mobile number:
[protected]). I paid Rs 999 as set top box cost with installation and activation. He promised me to get it installed within 48 hours. But still it is not yet installed. I called about 50 times to airtel customer care but my problem is not yet resolved. please let me know if it can be installed within today or I want to cancel this request and want my money back.
one more thing yesterday I talked to his superwisor. he has given me some customer ID which is installed in UP and in use for so manydays
