[Resolved]  Airtel — No internet Service from past 5 days

There is no proper response from any officer at Airtel after speaking to the escalation/ retention/ floor managers. The worst part is the Nodel Desk ([protected] reference number :[protected], after keying all the details like the land line number, SR number and it says please wait until we connect and disconnects the line. Would include my CDR if required for proof.

I have been chasing the support since 4th of March and until today there is no one called me and no one assured / fixed the service for me. I would like to know how long this kind of service is provided in India. I have been on call every day for at least 1 hours and the officer would give a time that it would be fixed and i will call the customer service again. This is happening from 4th March. Can I seek some help / assistance from at least consumer forum to raise the customer satisfaction.

I have been cheated and given false promise from 4 days. I was told every other day that i would get the Internet service up and field engineers are working. I was also given field engineers number (Parameswaran - [protected]). I called this technician and explained my issue, he said he will check and call back. He neither called me back and never picked my call in spite of trying him 100 times. I have been talking , Shilpa, Priyanka, Ram Kumar, Jayanth, Vibin and many other people since 4 days. I need the Internet up and running ASAP.

Today also i was given some numbers [protected] - Sridhar even this did not ring and officer Vibin was left with no words after the response of the call to sridhar. Is it possible to get the service resumed by 1200 noon today. I am loosing lot of time and money as I work from home and would loose the trust and reputation in my job, due to the non availability.

Could someone help me getting this fixed ASAP. My Landline number is [protected]. I was assuming that Reliance is the worst service provider and Airtel seems to join Reliance for the WORST customer service and responce for issues.

AirTel — not getting internet service

dear sir,
i am an airtel costmer. my mob. no. is [protected]. i got a messege from airtel company on 30:11:2009 for GPRS SERVICE. so i recharged rs95 and resquested for GPRS. but now the company tells me that i can't start enternet in my mobile.i have LAVA handset KK22 which is maltimedia &web service handset.

Airtel — no internet properly

sir my brother nb sub m i khan they r posted in laddhak and the r using airtel internet service by airtel postpaid sim card but there is no connectivity properly they call so many time to c care but there is only one ans sir there is no problem from our side i am in delhi my no is [protected]
