airtel digital tv is purely a waste of our money,it wont work if small winds blow or sometimes for a small rain and the channels ar also not satisfactory,because of that very less channels we cant enjoy more,to subcribe we have to recharge and the dealer is saying we dont possess any recharge ,response is very bad

Not sure if the Airtel guys are looking at this complaint board, I was quite surprised when I a figured Airtel can show no signal on my mobile, I recently moved to new ground floor apartment in Lakkasandra area. All of a sudden my mobile has become useless when I enter my house. All these days I was having an an impression Airtel is having really good network , was that all a myth. Would someone look into this and try to solve this issue?

My airtel digital tv account #[protected]. From yesterday onwards, there is no signal. The indicative light is also off in the set top box. Please arrange your service personnel to set right the connection at the earliest.

I have raised an SR through the customer care SR:7983137 on 14th May eveining,as per your executive this issue should be resolved before 15 th May 3.30PM .Today when I reached your customer care after hours of try,they have raised one more SR for the delay SR:7999329.
Now I received an sms saying that your issue has been resolved with the SR 7983137,if not please contact [protected].Ii tried to reach that number several times but no result.
As per new update for customer care it will be resolved today,but no response.

We are very much disappointed by the service Airtel DTH is providing. For the last one month we are not getting the signal and lodged unlimited no. of complaints but to no avail. I presume that Airtel is not able to handle the vast base of their customers and I suggest that if a company is not capable of resolving the issue with in 24 hrs then the cuotomer to be compensated for the loss. Request for your kind intervention.

Airtel Digital TV provides worst service. I'm often getting No Signal error in our TV for which the complaint was registered. Service engineers from airtel came and resolved the issue for which they charged Rs.100 and after 3 days I'm getting the same No Signal error regarding which when phoned to airtel, their response was so idiotic. They indeed humiliated my father when he spoke to them regarding this issue. They also said that they will be charging another 100 rupees for servicing again. What is all this nonsense? You don't do right with signal part and for which we lame should pay 100 each and every time?? and that too there is no local tech support. Each and every time I call it gets connected to somewhere in Pune and the support incharge is not at all hearing the issue rather they keep talking whatever they know. Airtel is a total waste in the aspect of DTH. I didn't expect this from airtel.

yes, i do facing the same issue, why the Airtel people are charging everytime when engineer visited, they are unable to fix the issue once for all, its really bad. i heard TATA SKY services is good and if they get same issue, they don't charge it seems. i prefer go for TATA SKY. i do have the same problem. just spoke to many people asking to solve the issue, me being at bangalore i know whether condition, today its totally sunny in the morning, but airtel customer care rep says its raining in bangalore. what the hell these people, do they see how the whether condition in bangalore sitting in some other state. its really rediculous. i have been told to pay Rs. 100/- again, i have already paid 100/- for just chainging the direction. now second time need to pay for engineer visit it seems, i feel like i would prefer to switch to another DTH. Airtel better to stop charging all nonsense charges. everywhere customer is cheated. i would like take this opportunity to alert customers.
Also i would like to bring to Airtel notice that a simple concept of typing the customer details entry in their registry, My name is G. Vittal Prasad, but the Airtel people has enter my details as G. Vettal. i just dont accept this and infomed the customer support, but it was just ignored. i am totally fed up with this kind of services.

I have made a comliant to airtel that I am not gettign signal at TCS think campus building, Electronic City, Bangalore, But till now there is no repsonce, Please airtel take step on this. The cable connection or the card connection seems to be loose as the tv goes on and off all the time on its own.NO SIGNAL AND SEARCHING FOR SIGNAL is seen on the screen.Please attend immediately.
