[Resolved] Airtel Online Recharge — Amount deducted from account but recharge not done | |||
sir, I'm had done the airtel online recharge for rs. 200 through net banking in the website : https://pay.airtel.in/. After all the transaction the amount from my account of rs. 200 is deducted but recharge is not done. Narration details are MHDF[protected]-AIRTEL BHARTI. i'm not the information Txn number also. please do the needful as soon a possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

AirTel — easy recharge not done by Airtel
I got a msg on my mobile at about 10am on 2nd april that if I recharge my mobile with rs 150/- I will get full talktime therefore trusting on u'r msg i recharged my mobile no([protected])which is a no of kolkota today at 12 pm with easy recharge from dhabbad(lharkhand) of rs 150/-.but I got ony 0.15 paise as my talktime.kindly look into this matter and oblige.and please look that i get my rs 150/- as my talktime at the earliest. I had done a recharge via www.freecharge .co.in. And by mistake added different number. Can somebody please help me and reprocess this recharge ..

Freecharge People are saying that this airtel will do and airtel guuys saying it will be via freecharge .

airtel online recharge — Non credit of amount charged on online transaction
Sir,I am recharge my prepaid mobile No.[protected] online through HDFC bank for Rs.333/-.The amount has been debited from my a/c But my no. has not charged Kindly resolve this matter. The copy of online reciept having reference no. is enclosed herewith.
