[Resolved] Airtel — online top up failed | |||
i ,I have done the 35 rs online topup through axisbank at today morning 8:00 o clk .amount debited from my bank account but its not recharged yet .I called to customer care (arul murugan) ,they asked to wait 24 hrs ...then i spoke with Ms.suganya ,she asked to wait 4 hrs .is it the way to treat the customer ?Now my balance is zero . I am in office & want to make some important call . now time is 12:30 .my amount not credited yet ..now i unable to make call to customer care .. Was this information helpful? | |||

I sent a request for top up of 60/- for my bsnl phone mobile no:[protected].The request was accepted for payment vide Tid=MB[protected] bsnl,TOPUP,[protected] . The amount was deducted from my primary account. Further got a SMS for successful transaction vide Tid=MB[protected] bsnl,TOPUP,[protected] .But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. on 8th Nov 10 I also sent the problem through SBI feedback but there was no result from them yet. So please help me and do the needful.
