[Resolved] Airtel — poor internet speed | |||
i'm using airtel 3G activated sim and my no:[protected].i activated 2GB 3G plan for rs.449.last time i activated the same 3G plan and the speed is good.but now the speed is really worst 5 to 9 kbps which is worse than a 2G speed,6 days has gone and the problem's not fixed yet. at the same time they have looted the money of rs.898 for two failed transaction during online recharge on 15.1.2013 for rs.449 twice and still no money refund where the transaction id are txn ID:369154 and txn ID:373206. I activated internet of Rs98 on 6june2010 on my mobile.The browising speed is very poor it takes about 7-10 mins to open website and sites like orkut doesnot open.I complaint to airtel but they told me it will be solved after 15june.Till that time pack is about to finish.please help me.

i have also brought a new airtel 3g data card micromax 310G before i brought it the airtel customer care telling me this is a 3g unlimited 999RS per month plans and the speed is 3.1MB/sec but few days its giving me only 0,15 kbps/sec and i don't receive any bill information and etc.. and its giving fake plans. so I'll also suggest don't buy this data card and airtel 3g connection
No, the issue is not resolved yet, the speed still is 3-4kb/sec, please solve it.
