Airtel Postpaid — airtel overcharged me for its poor quality gprs | |||
AIRTEL COMPANY THAT HAS THE MOTTO DIL JO CHAHE PAAS LAYE HAS PLAYED A VERY CLEVER GAME WITH US.ITS EXECUTIVES INFORMED US THAT IF YOU ARE USING INTERNET FOR ONE DAY AND YOU ARE DEACTIVATING IT ON THE SAME DAY THEN YOU ARE CHARGED THREE RUPEES.BUT SEE THIS CLEVER COMPANY WHEN BILL WAS POSTED TO OUR ADDRESS THEY HAD CHARGED US WITH 30 P FOR 20 KB AND MADE A VERY LONG BILL OF 4000 RUPEES .IT BIS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO THE CONSUMER COURT THAT WE SHOULD GET JUSTICE .AIRTEL COMPANY HAS ALREADY STOPPED OUR OUTGOING CALL SERVICE.IN TODAY'S WORLD WHERE THE SIM CARDS ARE AVAILABLE CHEAPER THAN FRUITS THE AIRTEL COMPANY HAS OVERCHARGED US.PLEASE HELP US YOU ARE OUR LAST HOPE.we talked to your nodal officer but it was of no help they kept on saying that that if you are deactivating internet on the same day then you are being charged as stated above.I HAD FULL FAITH ON AIRTEL BUT YOUR COMPANY HAS SHOWED US THAT WE CANT TRUST ANYONE IN TODAY'S WORLD.YOU FIRST STOPPED OUR OUTGOING CALL SERVICE AND NOW YOU HAVE DEACTIVATED OUR SIM CARD.AND NOW PLEASE DONT EXPECT FROM US THAT WE ARE GOING TO PAY THE BILL . YOU HAVE CHEATED US AND YOUR SERVICES ARE NOT SUCH THAT WE PAY 4416 RS BILL FOR AN INACTIVE SIM.WE DONT WANT YOUR SERVICES AND WE ARE HAPPY WITHOUT AIRTEL.IF YOU FORCE US TO PAY THE BILL WE WOULD DEFINITELY GO TO CONSUMER COURT.AND ITS REALLY YOUR COMPANY'S EXECUTIVES FAULT THAT THEY PROVIDED US WITH WRONG INFORMATION.NOW OUR CARD HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED ALSO.THEN GIVE ME ONE REASON AS TO WHY WE SHOULD PAY YOUR BILL.YOUR 3G HAS NOT BEEN LAUNCHED IN AHMEDABAD AND GUJARAT CIRCLE,YOUR EXECUTIVES PROVIDE WRONG INFORMATION,THE INTERNET SERVICES ARE VERY POOR,YOUR SMS SCHEMES ARE NOT GOOD.SIR IF YOU STILL HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY CONTACT US ON [protected] WHICH IS AN AIRCEL NO. WHICH GIVES US FREE 1 GB INTERNET EVERY MONTH AND AIRCEL TO AIRCEL AT 10 PAISA AND AIRCEL TO OTHER AT 1/2 PAISA PER SECOND.I TRIED TO CONVERT ONE OF MY AIRTEL NO. [protected] INTO TATA DOCOMO FROM MNP BUT YOUR COMPANY GAVE ME 30 PAISA SCHEME AND CANCELLED MY REQUEST.AIRTEL Has really provided poor quality services and its time that you take some steps to improve your quality of services. hello. i m yr atel user from last 3 years but i hv som problm from last 2 monts like 121 service not availeble in my no. my mobile no [protected] i[censored] want my no should be contineu its my last compient. i think u will give me propper soluution for the same
