[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — CUG call was bill

Why is my postpaid airtel [protected] bill is so high, I cannot believe the amount billed for my usage. Besides my CUG connection in the name of NSEM is also being billed.

Dear Sir I have 2 cug connections but I am not in receipt of bills hard copy till day.Iam in regular touch of the same problem with 121 and customer service numbers.But there is no solution.Where as as on date my both numbers outgoing is blocked.Why such action is taken when there is no fault from my side???
You are requested to start my outgoing immediately without any delay.As we are using your services by paying regularly.It is not free of charge.It is your system failure to satisfy customer.This is true if you don't care for your customer.Twice i have made Complaint no:28737587 for ph.no.[protected].
Your immediate action is appreciate.

airtel cug plan — related bill

The bill of my post paid card is not reach at my home upto three months. without bill how can i payment? and after few days the facility of outgoing is stopped. so how can i work without outgoing.i[censored] not able to give facility i thrown the card and take new sim of another company. so give me reply quickly

dear xyz, we are using ur postpaid nos [protected] - [protected] ( 05 Nos ) CUG was promised but never done despite my repeated reminders verbally as well as in writing directly and through ur auth agent Shunkh Communication also. what more needs to be done from our end to resolve it. we are making payments for past 4 months as per ur bills.
