i am a customer of the airtel postpaid sim.my name is mr. philu bahalia and my no. is [protected] .i have a complain against airtel services.in the 3rd july i had called to customer carer to activate 98 plan which has 2 GB free for every month, afterthat it will chargeble for 50 kb per 30 paise.i had agreed with that plan and had told to customer carer .After 2 days by using web browser unbilled amount come gradually of RS. 2, 000, 3, 000, 5, 000 and so on.after seeing that amount o[censored]nbilled, i had called to customer carer and given that complain to them, they told me that this is your unbilled amount, do n't worry, it will be deduced while getting actual bill, as like your corporate call free this is also free but its amount will show in the unbilled and will be canceled in the actual bill.in the month end my unbilled had reached to RS. 12, 504.29/- .one customer carer had called to me in that day and told me that you are using gprs connection which is chargeble for 10kb per 10 paise .u have n't activated 98 plan.AS the same regards my actual bill has come to RS. 12, 504.29 Without any deduction which billing payement beyound my economic.without any information about gprs chargable and produce this much amount of bill which is flawness and cheating.i'm unable to paid this amount.
Therefore, kindly consider about my bill and reply soon.awaiting to your reply.

hi, when your airtel executive explained about the plan, he lied to me that 199 corporate plan is for std and local also. Later i came to know its only for local. he ahould have told me before and now am having troubles in changing my billing plan. please stop these nonsenses just to sell the card.Really fed up with tyour executive. his name is Charan [protected].
