I am an advocate and a customer since 2002, i am in north paravur, ernakulam district, kerala state. i have two postpaid mobile connections, recently i am in trouble, "cos there is no any airtel billing station.the office closed before two months before.so i could"nt pay the bills.make further arrangements for that immediatly...

I need my Post paid airtel bill for the month of Jan'09. for the number [protected].

I have got a really bad response from the costumer service people a lady calls at my home and literary abuse me my family they have harassed me I am a student cant pay a huge bilol but they are abusing and harassing me to an extent n i don't know what should i do as they are sending me the fake bill as well which i know i have not even used.

Bill in respect of my postpaid Airtel Mobile No.[protected] for the month of January, 2009 has not been received. On receipt of the same, I have to deposit the bill for necessary reimbursement in my office timely.

I am using Airtel no. [protected] and from past 3 months i have been complaing airtel customer care for wrongly charging me for unknown persons bill whom i have never seen neither i had given the card to this person who is using the card no. [protected].

I dont know what mistake they have made but is record shows our address but the bill is in the name of society "International Society for Krishna Consciousness" which i dont even know where it is. I stay in Malad (East).

After continuously complaining to airtel customer care that its not my bill they are not doing anything about it. I have also complained about it to the Nodal officer but they have also not taken any action.

I am really frustated and going through mental stress as i have taken only the plan of Rs. 300/- but they are charging me for other persons plan also which is of Rs. 250/- and because of his bill attached in me my bill amount is very which i have never used also.
