I had paid my outstanding last(january ) month balance 630.39 through my credit card through Airtel.co.in site.But it was credited only 50/- rupees to my a/c, now it is showing 580.39 rupees outstading.

The proof for that is your own acknowledgement and my credit card statement are enclosed.

The 630.39 was paid by HSBC credit card xxxxx3057 on 20-02-09. And

Account Number:[protected] Airtel Number: [protected]

Reference No. : 018102 Amount Paid : 630.39


Why my payment has not been recorded properly?


Please resolve this issue on urgent basis.

how to look my Airtel Postpaid Bill
My Number is [protected]
I am an Airtel Post paid customer from MAR-07 and My # is +91-[protected],

I have a list of issues faced while paying the bill.
1. Even though I am in roaming I have called customer care from jan first week many times (I do have their reference numbers with me ex.[protected],[protected] etc., ) to close my connection as I have transferred from Chennai to Hyderabad, but they have closed my connection after Jan-20, this is my first issue.
2. I have paid Dec month bill on first week of jan from the internet of Rs.2500/- and again called to customer care to close the connection as I would not like to pay the next coming rental amount and any bill after that, they do even agreed with me (I do have the reference number as well ex. 21011). I do have updated my new Hyderabad number to customer care and asked to me call if required.
3. I went to Aitel kukatpally show room and asked my bill info and the payment mode, they replied they would not give any information or assistance for out of state customers and replied pay it through Airtel internet user and password as I do it every time.
4. I have tried to pay the bill through airtel.com site but my User id is blocked.
5. I did not receive any bill information as my satyam email id is not active.
6. The main problem is now, a lady called to my home and took my new number and talked to me very rudely from the very starting word without listening to my words, I cannot describe the words she used, such a bad words and not listening to the customer what exactly the problem is and I have lost the total hope and good brand image of airtel only because of her and the way she talked and even pleased her asking her can I talk to any other person to atleast explain my problem but nothing happened. The # is +91-[protected]

So please give me the procedure to pay the bill or atleast give me the airtel internet user id and password so that I can pay the bill through internet.
The above mentioned issues I want to escalate this as it will not only spoil the Good brand image of airtel but also not to happen the same to any other customer.
