Airtel Service is considered good but in Dimapur, Nagaland it is not so good due to two main reasons:
1. They do not accept bill payment through cheque which is quite unexpected from such a reputed company.
2. Atleast in all District Headquarters there should not be network problem but recently I went to Zunheboto District headquarter and there was no incoming and out going service at all.

I Strongly admits to all such complaints that AIRTEL postpaid users are paying more bills even after lesser use. I dont know how Bharti Telecom managing their billing softwares, but it is 100% truth that there is always descrepencies in the postpaid bills. I am one of the victim of it.
What I realized that how the software works:
Suppose once your bill cross 1000 Rs in a month, the coming bills will always be near about 1000/-.
They usually concentrate on those outgoing numbers where users made very frequent calls. Its bit difficult to keep track of these outgoing numbers. I tried it many times but in vain.
So please AIRTEL, Bharti dont do all these fake billings and let consumers be with you always.
Its consumers patience or helplessness that they all unable to raise their voice at one time in court, otherwise it would be difficult for you to handle the situation.
Hope, you will listen voices of those customers atleast who wrote their problems here.

The Bill amount for my phone No. [protected] is very abnormal and have not received the bill details so far. Even I have applied for change of address in Feb, 2009 from Mahbubnagar to Hyderabad but nothing has materialised so far.
