[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — bill and call details

i want my post paid bill detail from jan 2008 to march 2009

I activated a caller tune by contacting customer care in July 2008 for a special caller, but they activated the caller tune for all caller. I complained about this to customer care. They said we will deactivate this and again activate for a special caller. I asked whether you will be charging for this. They said this will not be charged. Again they activated for all callers. But I still complained about this. In the August month bill they charged me Rs.60 extra. I asked about this and got reply that you have activated 2 times hence we are charging. I said one of your customer care executive told that they will not charge. I got reply that we promise to reverse the amount of Rs.60 in next month bill. Till now they havent reversed anything but charging the Rs.60 in every month bill. Also they are sending some sms like you will get discount if you pay the bill by today. I you do this they wont give any discount. Really they are cheating the customers. Customer care executives are frauds not doing any customer service really.

I am sick of your services provided by 64611010 and +58243 . i want to discontinue them forever because neither am i intrested in it nor i have used them even once . i want to know the total amout which was added to my bill untill now

I want to know about MMS charges(Rs, 500 Apprx) included in my bill of March while I have never send even one MMS.
