not giving any details and charging for pay payment — Donot provide any details on hard copy or in mail and charging for payment
I always need to calll my own when is my due dated . When i asked why u are not sending any mail any message and hard copy of bill they are refuse to give details. When I want to go for settlement they refuse it and give me thretening to be blacklist my name as I could not go for any loan through bank in future. I hope this complain will help me to resolve the problem called numbers sheet

Sub:-Final receipt of Settlement of bills for Mobile No. [protected], Account No.:[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an old & healthy customer for you from last five years being carried the Airtel No.[protected]. As per my schedule payment, my credit limit was Rs7800/-. My residence is just behind of international airport. Right form beginning of connection, the signal was too much disturbed at the ground floor at my residential area & still now remain same. There was no improvement of signal after keenly requesting so many times(More than 50 times) to customer care. The financial losing have done by me in every month was averagely more then Rs200/-P.M. You have adjusted the amounts only two months after realization but there after there are no action about it (either improvement or the financial losing). This is still contain for last 5 years & I have the sample of bills for proofing regarding this. The financial losing amount is approx. 200x5year x12months = Rs12, 000/-
Your have given me the bill plan New CUG298 last 2 years as seen my creditability & using of mobile. It was accepted & used that bill plan. Suddenly your officer has changed my bill plan after the completion period without issuing any authoring letter(New CUG298 to Airtel celebration ) which is Re1 changed to Rs1.50 for STD call rate. I have not seen in details bills after march/2009 & paid the amount of 4 months bills. Suddenly I have feel the bill are too much after getting next bill. After checking it was observed that the bill plan was changed without any intimation or explained in details to me. Can you tell me who will willing to pay the STD rate Rs1.50/- in respect of Re1 who is used & paid more than Rs800/- to Rs2500/- P.M. So ultimately stopped my payment & request to rectify my bill on the basis of previous bill plan New CUG298 to your higher authority, Mrs. Poonam madam more than 5 times in between August/2009 to Nov/2009. She assured but not take any action about it. I waited ultimately & got the wrong bills with late fine etc. of Rs6025/-. & my No. was disconnected.
Thereafter from your authorized officers (Mr. Pankaj & others) call me& the bill was settled of Rs3000/- after hearing all the happenings. I requested for a receipt of full & final payment of bills. Mr. Pankaj & his officer assured me to give the final receipt after getting the amount of Rs3000/-. I paid the amount of Rs 3000/- by cheque. Still you have not send me any receipt with full & final payments, only a voucher has received that has written & signature of full of final payments by the authorized person who have received the cheque.
So kindly send me original receipt full & final payments for settlement of bills immediately.
