I am the postpaid customer of airtel. my mobile no is [protected]. as you have reduced your call rates what i am also paying 1 rupees per minute. due to which i could not use frequently my mobile .
keeping in view of above may pse be change my call rates and inform me through mail or sms

I had a talk with one Miss Vaishali at 1.30P.M.on 8th December, 2009 regarding the bill that my previous billed amount was reflecting in this month bill i.e. in November 2009 . She said my system is not working you give me a call after 30 Min. . Then I asked her to make me talk to her senior as I was trying customer care No. from the last half an hour . Then your Executive started smiling and I asked her are you smiling at your customer for whose satisfaction you are here . I also asked her that what If I cut down my all the NOs why dont you noted down my number and give a call as it was a mistake on your part not mine . Again with a faulty smile she said give a call after 30 Min. and cancelled the call . I pity on your company who has employed such a cheapsters . I shame on your company .

Recently I discovered that a suspicious person is using my phone illegally without my knowledge or concern, both suspicious domestic as well as International Unsolicited Phone Calls for his/her personal use, which may create an illegal trouble in future course (past 2-4 month till date). I would be highly greatful to you i[censored] provides me the details of incoming and outgoing calls for my airtel prepaid no. [protected], on my email id (mr.[protected]@rediffmail.com). Looking for your reply…. plz give me the detail of reason about the issue...
