this is regarding my Airtel Bill for Mobile no [protected].

i went to international roaming from 15/12/09 to 23/12/09 for which my bill for the whole month is 22000/- which is impossible for me to pay.
Since my credit limit is 8700 rs so my concern is when i crossed my credit limit Airtel did not gave my any intimation regarding my International Usage and in Fact they sent me an sms on 23/12/09 when i was leaving international roaming saying that "your approximate usage is 20146 when i saw i i was shocked".

i am communicating with Airtek but i am not getting any clarity regarding my Bill Adjustment.

so please help me in this regard.

we are using 8 airtel postpaid connection for our office. we have made full payment as per their bills of 03.12.09 on 22.12.09 in cash receipt no 6014. collector of payment- shivam communication korba.

however airtel customer care has made hundreds of calls that we have not made full payment on all our numbers in last 15 days. we have informed each of them that we have made payment and if airtel has posted wrong bills they should send us corrected bills enable us to make the payment. thier customer care executive do not understand what we say neither they update the status after having communication with us and they keep calling us every minute one after another. when we went to their local office they say they will make the correction in their january bills.

and now they have stopped outgoing calls from our number [protected] and [protected].
