[Resolved]  Airtel - Postpaid - Durg Chhattisgarh — Address verification & Customer care behaviour is very bad

Hi,
I was fan of Airtel Postpaid service in Bangalore as I am using two airtel psot paid connection in Bangalore.In this diwali I went to my home town & dissconnected our old BSNL Landline phone & purchase Airtel Phone on my name with permanent address in Durg with valid document Driving License.Date purchase before diwali (14th Oct) connection works fine as usual & after 5 day Airtel exective has visited my house in durg & verified the address & told me once you get call from airtel tell them I have verifed so I will get point.I have not received any call for 5 days & suddenly i got message in my mobile([protected]) your address verification is not done & your outgoing call will be barred.I have immediately call airtel executive from Durg & inform about the same & she told me (forget executive name) there is no problem in your number & address verification every thing is fine. Befre coming to Bangalore I have paid Advance payment of 400 rs to airtel[protected]. I reach bangalore on 26 Oct.On 27 OCt My father has observed that he is not able to perform outgoing call from durg number ([protected]).My father can not talk with aritel customer care beucase he don't know much functionaly of phone so I have connected that call from Bangalore to Durg then to customer care 121 (that goes to Indore office) I have told them abt condition but they told me you need to come down to Durg.I told ios it that much necessary to come from Bangalore to Durg 1400 km just for small thing that to customer which is already having 3 connection from last 3 year in his name.But they were very much reluctant to provide me facility & told we can not start outgoing call & if you want tou can cancel the connection That was very much surprising & embrassing for me. Then I have call custome care from my Bangalore number [protected] to 121 & ask from help as Bangalore customer care are very muvh helping in nature they told we can'nt fetch info abt your Durg Number & given me alternate number of customer care (STD Number[protected]) I have called them again & told about the same But another executive (Mr Bhandari) told me to come down to durg via flight for another verification I told them it is not possible to come down for just a small work.He strictly told me we wil not provide you outgoing facility in Durg phone & cancel your connection. I told him to cnnect his Manager he has connected to his manager Mr Lokesh Kaushik He is the fellow who told we can not solve this problem as oyu are in Bangalore I tld him I am very old customer of Airtel I Have corroprate connection froj airtel for 3 phone But that Mangare has not helping me continously tellimg me yuo need to come down to Bangalore.I told him to transfer this phone from my name to my father name for that thing also he is saying you need to come down to Durg

I have some question to Airtel
1)Is it a way to talk with customer & create unnecessary problem with those customer which is already having thre old connection with airtel
2)Is it compulsary to come down to Durg from Bangalore for just verification that already been done (1400 km from Bangalore)
3)Tranfer of phone can e done by just writting a letter & faxing them to airtel office that thing also oyur airtel manager is not able to perform
4)why there is dual behaviour from Bangalore customer care & chhattisgarh customer care Bangalore center is very helping in nature But chhattigarh customer care is just avoiding the problem & not willing to solve the customer problem.
I am very much disspointed My airtel home twon number is still not having outgoing facility even though i have paid Advance payment 400 at present it ihaving 600 rs Advance money in that phone account

Please help me on this problem

HELLO SIR,

FROM PAST 2-3 years airtel prepaid service has been started here, but since then we are facing "cross-connection"
problem, when ever we make any call to any network it is connected to some other number, for 10 calls sure 5 calls are a cross-connected.So its a humble request that you kindly help out to over come this problem.
