Airtel Pre - Paid — Wrong Deduction | |
Hi, I have to say that my name is Navneet Kumar i am using a Airtel Pre-paid number as +91-[protected] on the dated 21/02/2010 i called to a number [protected] but at that the due to some technical error from the side Airtel my call is connected to a Afghanistan number i.e.[protected]. for that call i charged as Rs.15/Min. before that deduction i have a balance of Rs. and 24(Aprox.) at 1PM on the same day when i try to make another call the pre-recorded message given to me that I have no sufficient balance to make that call but still at that time I have Rs.9 in my balance then I make a call on Airtel customer care for the 2 problems as follows: 1. Unable to make any call 2. Unable to check balance while dialing *123# and 123 The customer care associate who received my call at that they say me that “this is a temporary problem kindly try to check your balance after 30 minutes and you are also able to make call after 30mins and he also tell me to once switch off-on my mobile” I follow the entire process and then check my balance at 7PM on dated 21/02/2010 then the my mobile shows me the balance of Rs.9/- only then again I make a call to the customer care and the receiving person tell me that I make a call to Afghanistan(As an international Number) I told the CCA* that I not made up that call but he said me to check my recent dialed numbers in my mobile I checked them all and find the same no as [protected] which is a number of reliance telecom of Delhi-NCR then I again call on that no [protected] and just charged normal as 60ps/min (as My tariff) then again I call to customer care(TIME:- AROUND 7PM )and tell him to put a complaint of WRONG DEDUCTION from my account but the CCA tell me to charge-up my pre-paid a/c and pay Rs.50/- for checking the details from the Airtel and just tell me not to raise a complaint on my problem I made a warm request to that CCA but he not file my complaint. This is not a issue of Rs.50 but a issue of Airtel service that if a customer is saying that he charged wrong for anything the CCA is not even filing a single complaint for him then what is the recruitment of customer care helpline if they can’t even file a customer’s complaint. Airtel — Regarding wrond deduction of call charges
dear sir,i am having a Mobile Campus card with number +91 [protected]. i am facing problem of about wrong deduction of call charges for campus to campus numbers. so i launched a complained against Airtel last time.
i have not satisfied by the response given by Airtel. As i am facing this problem for last 3-4 months i have been complaining about this for several times but no action taken by Airtel. Whenever i call customer care at 121, i used to get false promises and they use a rough language with me.
Campus to campus charge is 10 paise/sec
any other mobile is 1 Rupee/min
So i request you to take my complaint seriously and take necessary action.
