[Resolved] Airtel Pre - Paid Connection — IMEI Number | |
I am having prepaid Life time free incoming calls Sim card connected to Nokia 1200c handset. It is a branded handset running under warranty period. I have recieved two time SMS from airtel stating that my handset IMEI number is invalid. My mobile Number is [protected]. I have shown the handset to nokia service centre and airtel franchisee service provider also. They also shocked about airtel SMS. I think this is only to grab money from us. I AM USING A BRAND NEW SAMSUNG SGH-D880 DUAL SIM CARD SUPPORT PHONE SO THAT I CAN USE MY AIRTEL ROAMING AS WELL AS THE LOCAL CONNECTION HERE..MY IMEI NUMBER IS [protected] / 6 AND [protected] / 5 (since it supports 2 sim cards)..I HAVE CONFIRMED THE IMEI TO BE 100% VALID..
THEN WHY IS IT THAT I KEEP RECEIVING THE SMS THAT I'LL BE BARRED AND DEACTIVATED..I AM ONE AIRTEL CUSTOMER WHO IS RECHARGING CONSTANTLY TO GET THE SERVICE EVEN IN UAE.I NEED JUSTICE
