[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — UNABLE TO UNSUBSCRIBE SPEEDFLIRT SERVICE | |
Good Evening Sir/Mam, I - AMEET AMIN, a client of your Company using airtel services for long is not getting proper services recently regarding Speedflirt Service. I had tried a lot of of times to Unsubscribe from the Pre-mentioned services, and for the same, tried to get connected to Airtel Customer care, but it never got connected. I received a sms today[protected] from ''TA-Arena'' at around 17:00 which requested me to log on to- ''www.speedflirt.mobi/airtel.click'' and then to Edit Profile and to Unsubscribe because it read that within 2 days, the service will be renewed and 20 rupees will get deducted from my account. but the problem is this that the page is not opening inspite of innumerable efforts. But I am not using it. So, why should I pay when I'm not using the service???? I want my money refunded/adjusted for the same immediately. Was this information helpful? | |

I had tried customer care number of times to Unsubscribe this service, but it never happened. I received a sms on (23/04/2009) from ''TA-Arena'' at around 08:17 p, that "Speed Flirt Service will be renewed in 2 days and you will be charged 20 Rs. for 15 days. To unsubscribe go to ''www.speedflirt.mobi/airtel.click'' and then to Edit Profile and to Unsubscribe and I did not know how to unsubscribed by this site. kindly unsubscribe this service from my mobile number immediately.
