[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — balance enquiry sucks

hi,
my name is sindhu tiwari my mobile no is [protected] i have purchased the mobile with a scheme. A airtel pre paid card was provided to me and it was mentioned that i will be getting 100 rs talktime every month upto 17 months ...
so when ever i dial a airtel no the amt is deducted from the balance its fine problem is that the account enquiry never tells me anything abt the balance available

i am having airtel prepaid connections .yesterday i recharge my phone with 333 bal .but in the morning 22 dec my balance was 292.47but after 2 hrs they shown balance only 244.97 for this i call customer care but no reply .i could call anyone at that 2 hrs time but send a one message to mytoday.com its free but charge 3 rs only so, i am in confusion that where my 45 rs .
plz help me out in this matter .

Dear Sir not even one salesman visits our shop in order to give us the prepaid recharge topup we dont no what is the reason for this inconvenience it is not olso that we dont make immediate payement so why they are not visiting our shop please sent a salesman as eairly as possible becoz there is no stock left in our shop.

The Airtel balance enquiry no *123# is not working. Inspite of many complaints from many customers Airtel is not even bothered to correct it. By saying No:1 network in India is this the service they provide to their customers...

Airtel — SUCKING PREPAID USERS

Hi All , Do you know how airtel is cheating us, I tried to make online recharge, Airtel poor website never repsond and shows error as captcha not matched, unable to respond, sorry for the incoveniece etc, then i called customer service at 121, to request about the online recharge, this Sucking Airtel has charged 50.ps to reach customer serve for every three or 1 minites, after long hold call get disconnected, i tried agian no use, then i called 198 which is complaint dept for all the telecommunications by default they refuse to take the complaint, however i am unable to compete my transaction, lost about 10 rs for this. see all for one customer they are charging like this, lets calucate for hole customer like this. How ever we its their duty to solve the customer issues how dare this company can charge for this. I USED MNP just sent sms to PORT MOBILENUMBER TO 1900 I HAVE RECEIVED THE SMS WITH PORT NUMBER I CHANGED OVER TO VIDEOCON, VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am updating this just for your awareness. Let them change their policy or let us change. I have changed my 23 friends number form airtel to other networks WITHOUT CHANGIGN THE NUMBER..
