I have applied for refund but no response from airtel.

I have applied for airtel broadband connection, but due to wrong address there was no connection installation. After this I applied for Refund ( INR 1000) on online portal of Airtel (http://airtelonlinerefund.com/).

But my request is not been processed yet. May I know the status of that.
My ticket number is A0Rbff78b.

about two and a half months ago, i got a problem in my sim. i was not able to send porting code any message to any number. i have given my complaints to airtel customer care no.s but still i didnt got any kind of response
so if possible then please consider my problem
i shall b highly thankful to you.

I have complaint regarding message services and network problem I am facing since last 3 week. Whenever I am trying to send massage to anyone it will give "failed to send message" I don't known why.i also known that whateven I write here.airtel don't care about it.they will do whatever they want like they do before.but hopefully they do sometime this time.
