[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — not able to send sms

dear sir,
my airtel prepaid no is [protected]. i have not been able to send sms from this no for the past three months.however i am able 2 receive sms.i hav tried to contact ur customer service but to no avail. may i request you to please look into this matter.

From your comment of April 9, 2011, it appears to me that you want to present that the issue was resolved automatically, which is not only wrong but totally misrepresentation of the fact which is evident from your email sent to my gmail id ([protected]@gmail.com) on April 8, 2011. I have recharged my Airtel Sim on 14.4.2011 while using this SIM, I am unable to send SMS to anyone. There is no problem to receive SMS, to receive and dialing a call..my number is[protected]

despite repeated complaints regarding being unable to send messages, the company has done nothing, to the extent of diverting my calls betwwen 198 and 121 whnever i wish to speak to the customer executive.any action in regards to this would be highly appreciated.

i am not able to send messages from my airtel sim since the day i bought it .i complained many times to custumer care but they didn't resolve my problem .my phone nunber is[protected]. please resolve it ,my nokia set is perfectly alright if i insert another sim of oter companies my messages r recieved but not from my airtel sim.

The airtel had activated the service one for all by default. And it charges daily 1rs. in my no. [protected] i called and complainted about it. They have a lie statement of deactivating it. But they did not. I called and complainted nearly 8 times. But no response. Then they blocked my no. and the money was deducted daily. Then i called customer care from my father no. +[protected] but they blocked this no. also. So my balance was deducted and i'm not able to recharge my airtel no. If i then money will be deducted. Again I told all matter to her and she says that problem is solved in[protected] time 1:30pm .And she gives me a complaint no: COBC[protected].

Sir I kindly req u please solve my problem as early as possible.

air tel post — sending the sms

I B.Venkateshwar lu iam working eendadu press reporter. last one week sms out going problem. my air tel postpaid. cug group. my no.[protected]. please solved my problem.

Airtel — don't give service event rental is on

[protected]. I have always facing problem..now a new problem, on this number a rental (VAS) is going on. From airtel i found a call on 15th of January that one rupee reduce daily from your mo. Account and u will found 200 local sms,200 A-to-Airtel local call,500MB data per month.and this service will valid for 180 days means 6 months.but after a month i have not found this service, i complaind many time bt not solved yet and all all time hear plz give me 72hrs...what a nice service of Airtel...har ek friend jaroori hota hai..

Same problem here, went to Srinagar, came back, and boom I can't send SMS any longer. The at cust care just keep repeating the same thing "sir your mobile settings is incorrect" while it doesn't work on any other phone, and other SIMs work fine.
at Airtel, they'll never acknowledge that its their damn mistake.

Airtel — no service available on prepaid mobile

Despite sufficient balance to the extent of abour Rs.4000/- , service has been suddenly disconinued. There is a display on my mobile.'sim card registration failed" and no service.
