[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Change of plan

My name is Febin Lal .I am from Kerala. Now I am studying at Coimbatore(GRD College of Science). I am using an Airtel prepaid card here. while taking the sim my plan was "students plan" which takes Re 1/day. Inorder to change this plan I send plan changing code STUD365 ,but those were not working as it tells " invalid keyword". So called Customer care and told the problem. They told to send it again and again..but no use..after two week they told the complaint is send to TOP and with in one week the problem will be solved...but even after two weeks the problem is not solved.....
I am also having a Kerala Airtel sim([protected]),but I didnt face such a negligence from them,when I faced such a problem ,it was solved with in 24 hrs.
I suggest airtel (Coimbatore)to change the name "Airtel customer service "
as " Airtel CUSTOMER IRRITATING SERVICE" ..because they cant solve a simple problem.

airtel 1 year validity plan — Incoming calls blocked

Dear Sir,
I have bought a simcard having phn no.[protected] on 27th Oct, 09 from Muktsar.
I have submitted all the documents required but still the incoming call facility is unavailaible on the no.
i have compained to custommer care but Mr Maan singh and sandeep didnt provide asny solution to my complaint and said it will be adressed by 2nd oct, 08.Regards

Student — std tariff

there is special teriff for the reduction of STD calls for one or two special numbers as there is in reliance free for d recharge of 495 rupees.

friends plan — 10ps calling not active

i have formed a friends group still i m not having 10ps calling on those numbers.
i was informed to form another group but i m not able to break from group to form another group.
my request on *110# is not being processed.
i am trying to make group from 10 days stll i didnt form group.
please help me out or else i have to switch to other service.

Now I really need to change my plan so that I can call my friends with no daily rental. What plan shall I change to and How to change? How about BUDGET25. Please help me out. As most of my friends use Airtel, I need low calling rate for Airtel to Airtel. Also I should be able to recharge for SMS Booster. Suggest me a nice plan. (No daily rental - low AtoA - Able to use SMS Booster - No Stupid Hidden Costs). My mobile number is [protected].

i have been using booster 85... i was able to call to airtel mob at.20 n local and 5000 free sms..it was useful...but now i am disappointed because booster 85 is not there currently...i changed to airtel only because of this plane. before i was using vodafone...now they announced booster 85..so very much disappointment.

From 12th may my friends plan has changed to lifetime plan because of customer care mistake of providing information. till now there is no solution provided. please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I HAD RECEIVED A CALL FROM AIRTEL REGARDING A PLAN OF LOCAL CALLS AND I TOLD TO ACTIVATE THE PLAN OF 100 LOCAL CALLS @ RS. 60/- PER MONTH. BUT MY PLAN HAS BEEN ACTIVATED OF 50 LOCAL CALLS @ RS. 30/- PM. IT IS REQUESTED THAT A PLAN OF 100 LOCAL CALLS @ RS. 60/- PER MONTH MAY BE ACTIVATED IN PLACE OF 50 LOCAL CALL @ RS.30/-PER MONTH.

Airtel prepaid mobile — lifelong validity

Airtel have been advertising lifelong validity on payment of about 180 on prepaid mobiles.Based on this i paid this amt without any talktime in return.Now they say "you must recharge by paying 200 every 6 months to keep "life long validity ' going.I have more than 300 balance in my tel [protected] by 28th june otherwise they will disconnect me.This is nothing but extortion & blackmail.Request urgent action

Airtel Prepaid Card — My call charges are incressed

my name is Dubey my no is=[protected] my call rate was A2A=10ps & A2other is 30ps & suddunly sms is coming ur call rate is rise now u have to pay A2A=25ps & A2other=50ps

my plan has been changed from basic friends plan to lifetime...already complained at the customer care and airtel gallery...but there is no resolution provided...they just ask for another 24hrs since last 10 days

Please note that you are charged as on date Rs.50 for subscription service on airtel wap for my mobile no. [protected].

It is not acceptable to me hence you need to re-credit the amount to my card.

My mobile number is [protected]. It is in students plan and valid upto 4th May 2011. Its Tariff is 39 paise Airtel to Airtel, 59 paise for other mobile, Rent daily Rs.1, 365 sms free. Please change the plan as any of the following.
1) Airtel to Airtel - 20 paise. other mobiles -40 paise. No rent. Sms may be charged
2) mobile to Mobile - 39 paise. no rent. SMS may be charged
3) Airtel to Airtel - 10 paise. Other mobiles - 50 paise. No rent SMS may be charged.
4) Airtel to Airtel - 10 paise. other mobiles - 30 paise. Rent 1 rupee per day. SMS may be charged.
5) Mobile to Mobile - 20 paise. Rent 1 rupee per day. SMS may be charged.

Since I am a longstanding airtel customer, Please give me any of the offer mentioned above.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been using airtel prepaid for last 3 years. The call cost was normal and last year airtel change my plan to life long. Now my prepaid validity is up to 2010. What happen was last week my sister recharge my card with Rs.5 for the offer for life long. After that recharge my traffic value has been changed. Like previously I use to send International SMS for Rs.3, But now its cost Rs. 4.99. Which I enquire with their customer care they told that it will cost only Rs.4.99 only. But I don’t need this plan change and I want my previous plan. So please tell me what to do to change my plan to previous existing plan.
