[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Change of plan

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been using airtel prepaid for last 3 years. The call cost was normal and last year airtel change my plan to life long. Now my prepaid validity is up to 2010. What happen was last week my sister recharge my card with Rs.5 for the offer for life long. After that recharge my traffic value has been changed. Like previously I use to send International SMS for Rs.3, But now its cost Rs. 4.99. Which I enquire with their customer care they told that it will cost only Rs.4.99 only. But I don’t need this plan change and I want my previous plan. So please tell me what to do to change my plan to previous existing plan. Was this information helpful? No (4) Yes (1)

i am using friendz prepaid [old] from maharshtra. Our daily rental was 50ps but today i got an sms about daily rental to be 1rs. How can this change be implemented without notifying earlier?

I'm Saravanan. I'm using Airtel 1year validity prepaid plan valid until 31Oct 2008. But my validity is now Extend of 31 Oct 2010 in automaticaly. My Problem is currently my plan detail as A2A .15P, A2M .50P
A2LL1.00Rs. showing there. But Not working this plan why? I can't Now.

So called Customer care and told the problem. They told to send it again and again..but no use..

Airtel Prepaid — Plan has been changed to one

Dear sir,my mobile no is [protected] .This no is prepaid and it was a friends pack sim . But after 21-october-09 my plan is automaticaly changed to the message scheme. I was do very complaint for customer care but they are no response for my complaint. They told me that the plan was changed and they are helpless. I dont know who recharge 3rs to my number.

Airtel — started charging daily Rental

im using airtel friendz sim card. its calling rate is 10 paise in group of five friends and in happy hour. But now they started charging 1re daily as a rental.. First they attract customers with new schemes and then they start charging..this is not done..They r cheating with customers..
