[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Change of plan

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been using airtel prepaid for last 3 years. The call cost was normal and last year airtel change my plan to life long. Now my prepaid validity is up to 2010. What happen was last week my sister recharge my card with Rs.5 for the offer for life long. After that recharge my traffic value has been changed. Like previously I use to send International SMS for Rs.3, But now its cost Rs. 4.99. Which I enquire with their customer care they told that it will cost only Rs.4.99 only. But I don’t need this plan change and I want my previous plan. So please tell me what to do to change my plan to previous existing plan.

Airtel Mobile — Charges for change plan

Airtel told me, they will have to charge my account Rs 250 to convert from post paid to pre-paid. Ironically, they want to me to come to their store and follow all the procedure (photo, id proof, address proof) like new account opening. Why can't they transfer my data within their own company ? If they can not, why they charge any fee. Coming to their store (15km away) is already inconvinient. On top of theat they charge fee and still ask you to follow lengthy process, because they can not manage their business within. Too bad, I am waiting for number portability.

Airtel Prepaid — rent 20 Rs. 100 MB free only. for MO

Airtel customer care , i Indrajit while I am trg to call for any enquiry or greiviences to the customer care no the reply comes some time that no does not exists, some time caLL recieved but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive...when i start Mobile Office erliyer its rent 20 Rs
unlimited now last same days rent 20 Rs. 100 MB free only.Please more information about Mobile office latest tariff.

Airtel — Validity of my prepaid no. decreased

Dear sir,
today i recharged my lifetime prepaid no.[protected] by rs 98 turboplan.But after that the validity is reduced by 2 years before it was 2012 and now 2010.Why?
Pls pay some attention on this issue.

basically i have friends plan prepaid sim-card of airtel. now irecharged my card with Rs.26 after the suggetion of customer care exicative for 40paise local calling rate but i have loss my friends plan. so, now i want my existing friends plan back. my mobile no. [protected]

Airtel — Need to Switch Better Plan with Existing Number

I have been trying Since Sept. 2009 to Change my Existing Plan to Some other Plan with Same Mobile Number . But Due to lack of attentive service from Airtel i am unable to do so and always being directed to some new Representative leading to further Delay and Confusion in service.

My Existing Plan is very costly due to which i have to pay heavy Bills. I have even register several Complaints regarding the same but of no Use.This leads to an Uneven Increase in my Phone Bills hence leading to Disconnection of my Phone Service without any prior Information to me.

I want an explaination to sudden disconnection of my mobile number and desire to solve the issue ASAP.

Airtel — unspecified charges/plan on boosters

Are we fools? cant they inform when the charges/plan on the call cutters and boosters change..not even the retailers knew any such....They suddenly change our plan with these boosters without the knowledge o[censored]s..Is this to make the customers fool..we are upset with all these actions....Will again these arise...will they solve it?

Airtel — Rental free scheme

phone number[protected] was alloted with a scheme of Monthly Rental free in Suncity apartments , which i have in written on form from Air tel
where as all the calls made to internal houses are also free .

Now i am getting contionous calls from Airtel that there is no such scheme of rental free .How i can go to consumer court against air tel please guide

Air Tel Prepaid — call rate not changed after recharge of Rs.42

Dear Sir,

i am using Airtel prepaid mobile, i activated my mobile no.[protected] as call rate 1paise per second. i recharged Rs.42 for this facility. still Airtel charged 60paise per minute. i am in home town but Airltel charge is roaming tariff which i activated reduced roaming tariff. i do need solution for this.

Airtel — Not able to change to the 1 paise second plan

HI,

I am using my airtel no for a the last 7 years in tamilnadu. for the last two months i am trying to change my plan to 1 paise persecond. but not luck on that. I called the customer care a lot of times and lot of times they closed the case telling the problem is solved but actually not. I would like somebody from the airtel to solve my problem and continue on the mobile to use that. Otherwise i have to think on some other options of changing my number as i feel cheating by them.

Airtel — don't change my plan

I had called Customer Care on 7 feb, 2010 for cancelation of two lanline S.T.D P.C.O connection. Both P.C.O number is 45070112 and[protected]bill plan 800 per moth).Customer Care Executive saied to me sir don't cancel these connection i changed your bill plan.i agree to change my bill plan(change bill plan 349) only on one connection and another connection i want cancel.change bill plan number is 45070113or cancel number is 45070112. Customer Care Executive informed me that the bill plan changed until next billing cycle.i paid all bills both number.on 9 feb. my S.T.D P.C.O 45070112 canceled but dn't chane my bill plan on this number 45070113.after this problem Customer Care Executive behave not good he not give me right information.now monthly bill comeing 800 after change plan.
I hope my request will be considered and please reply me as soon as possible.Hope that you will take right steps within a small span of time and oblige me.

Student — mobile tariff not activated

well known service provider air-tel had messaged me that " recharge with 24 rs. and you will get full talk time and call charges will be reduced to 50 paisa for one year ". so i had recharged as said , on 23rd or 24 th of march , but up till today i haven't got my mobile tarrifed . and still i am investing 1 rs for per call . I have registered my complaint for two to three time but i haven't got any conclusion yet .The reference no. to my complaint is [protected] and the docket no. is[protected].
please do the needful .

Airtel Prepaid — plan change not responding

Sub:Recharge Rs.21/- for change plan to sec billing.

But till it is not yet change till now, and not able to complain to customer care no 121 & 198. it is not a good service.

In Airtel company 2011 advertised a offer for prepaid consumers , that is recharge of RS:26 consumers can get 75 Minute Airtel to Airtel free call , when Iam recharging this offer the company tell you get another type of offer, they change this offer without tell there retailers, I loss my money and my call rate cost also increases from RS .50 pce to 1 per minute

Airtel — Debited Re.1 each day

i complained for sending SMS from company and debited Re.1 each day . my complaned no is W[protected] dated 31st March.
