[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — False/Less/Useless Informations and irregular Customer Care | |
I recharged my airtel prepaid phone number with limited time offer of Rs60 for reducing my call rates to 60 paise for both local and std calls. the problem i faced was that it stopped working after about a week. i try to call to costumer care executive,they say that this was done because i had my validity extended to life time after a week of this Rs60 recharge.when i said them to write a complaint for this they simply refused to do so and i lost Rs60 due to this idiotic bug or whatever it is according to airtel.AND COME ON Rs60 ARE JUST ENOUGH FOR A COLLEGE GOING PERSON Was this information helpful? | |

I M USING AIRTEL NO FROM LAST SEVEN YEARS, U DEMAND ADDRESS PROOF EVERY 1-2 YEARS.WHY FOR THIS.I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND.I M VERY MUCH FEDUP BY YOUR MESSAGES AND CALL FOR DEMANDING MY ADDRESS PROOF.I VISITED YOUR C C OFFICE AT BHADOUR HOUSE NEAR CLOCK TOWER LDH.I GAVE THEM MY PAN CARD, PHOTOGRAPH, BANKS ACCOUNT STATEMENT AS ADDRESS PROOF.THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT MY PAN CARD PHOTO COPY BY SAYING THIS IT SHOULD BE ON LARGE PAPER ANDREFUSE ACCEPT MY BANK STATEMENT AS ADDRESS PROOF.I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM., AND THEN THEY TOLD THEY HAVE NOT FORM FOR THIS PURPOSE AND DEMAND COLOUR PHOTOGRAPH. AFTER VISITING NUMBER OF TIME TO UR CC OFFICE I SUCCEEDED TO DEPOSIT MY ADDRESS PROOF DOCUMENT.AFTER THAT U ARE STILL MESSAGING AND CALLING ME FOR ADDRESS PROOF .
