dear sir,
i sent an message through my mobile no [protected] requesting for bill for the month of september09 on 10.10.09. I recieved areply that my request is under process and the bill will be generated with in 48 hrs and despatched to me. my request no is16551. Immediately Rs 50/ has been deducted from my a/c .But till date i have not recieved the bill. in this regrd I complaint to customer care vide ref no. [protected] on 1.11.09.and recieved reply thatmy grivances will be solved before 5.11.09. since there is no action I once again called on 6.11.09 and talked with the higher official.he replied that my complaint was forwrded to concerned section and the bill was already despatched as they informed. I requested to give me the details of despatch and he replied that he will call back with in 24 hrs. Even after 72 hrs he doesn't call me. then I again called customer care on 9.11.09 and recieved reply that the bill will be despatched before 16.11.09. I dont understand so such a pulling on of a cutomer grievances. Was this information helpful? |
