[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Regarding wrong commitment | |
Dear Sir Myself Anupam Ghosh Choudhury Mob no +91 [protected] an user from West Bengal Asansol for the past four years. I was informed by CCE official Airtel that if I recharge with Rs98 I 'll enjoy 2GB internet.The day I was informed that i recharged but i could'nt been able to access it I lodged complain atleast six times every time they said it will take 48hrs but till day nothing had happened . I would like to tell you whether Airtel is enjoying the monopoly market in telecom sector or misusing the faith of the customer . i get many calls that states set this song to ur caller tone like that and many service SMS''es. hey peoples here are not even send a single SMS before stop my outgoing calls..
And also in my office the peoples coming from Retailer shops for providing post paid connection has bring the company ID Card xerox and give the post paid connection. Is this is the way you treat your Customers in andra Pradesh????
finally tell me what is the way to get again the outgoing facilities in my no?
I am ready to give the Company Id card, Address Proof letters, MY driving license, Pan card, voter id everything... if else kindly demand me an explanation regarding to this!!!
