my self gautam shah my prepaid number is o[protected]. i paid 58 rs for ur scheeme of per second 1 paisa charge, and u also give me that scheeme. in almost six month before. but last one month u r charging me 50 paise per minit. i already complain abot this three time last time u give me complain nomber [protected] last 15 day before. but still u r not reverse my amount and not change my scheeme. and now i m always try to reach at costomer care executve but i m unable to reach there. so i use this one. i hope u will be reverse my amount in my account and change the schheeme thanks

Airtel — Poor signal quality

Dear Sir,

Please forward my complain to concern authorities. I am living near IIT Kanpur campus. My house is adjacent to Health Center of IIT campus. Since last one month i am not able to use my Airtel SIM Card due to frequent disconnection of signal, earlier i have used this connection for four consecutive years but never seen this type of problem in last four years. This is due to the increase in the number of Tower in this area.

Please rectify this problem and do the needfull.

Airtel Prepaid — Prepaid number blocked, no refunds made

I took the airtel prepaid number [protected] around 4 weeks back. After 15 days, the number was blocked citing the reasons of invalid ID proof!!! Since when is a D/L an invalid ID proof???
All my efforts to reach the customer care have been futile.. They havent even refunded the call balance and other call plans active on my number.... So much for customer service?????

My mobile is lost so i want close my air tel no.[protected]

I am a subscriber of Airtel for the past several years and my number is [protected]; My Plan right from the beginning is for SMS Re 0.10 ( ten paise) and for Call is Re. 1.00 per minute ;
but to my shock and surprise, when I sent message to-day from my mobile, it charged 50 Paise per message instead of 10 paise. I have contacted your grievance cell through number 198 and they told me that they have changed my plan from 11th March, 2010 in which the SMS cost is 50 paise per SMS.
How you change my original Plan without my consent unilaterally ? which is utter violation of the terms and conditions ;
I urge you to change my plan to original plan where SMS cost is 10 paise per SMS and call charge is Rs 1.00 per minute; and also credit back Rs. 1.00 which you charged to-day for the SMS sent ( two SMS 50 paise each ) without my consent immediately.
Also explain me how you change my Plan without my asking for the same ?

I am using Airtel prepaid card. On March 11 2008 9:00 PM I received three continuous SMS from Airtel Number 543214.I just opened first SMS immediately 30 Rs deducted from my account .

First SMS content is

Respected Sir, I purchased Prepaid Airtel Sim pertaing to no.[protected] from shoping center ph.10 Mohali near Chandigarh on 21 Feb.2010 after filling the form as required nd.also given proof of adress.My no.was stopped on 17 march the computer says that my documents are not received.After enquiry form here nd.there I personaly visited Airtel Main Office at IT Park Chandigarh which is 12 Km.from my residence #1989 phase 10 mohali.The lady on Custmercare gave me new form on 22 .03.10 which I filled nd. Gave her along with Residence proor nd. copy of Pan card at 11.30 am nd.I was told that my phone will start by evening.Nothing has happened so for even after 28 hrs.I am Sr.Citizen lady, owner of the 400 sq.yad.house nd.having balance of about Rs.500/= in this no.
Can u pl.help me or guide me to nock another door.

I am Meena, using ur airtel company's prepaid connection since 5yrs.Its a addon card with my
husband.Intially I had post paid connection And after a year or so I converted to pre paid
connection.Since then there are no outgoing calls and recently incoming also has stopped, neither i can
recieve any message nor i can send.Till now i would have given 100 complaints with no result.Infact what
i can say is my SIM has become vegetable.Please look into the matter very seriously as for all
references i have given this number.Thank u.
