AirTel — Non-connectivity to numbers starting from 9844xx

Hello,
My number is[protected]. I am facing a peculiar problem with this number. Any calls TO numbers starting from 9844xx or spice customers in my case never get through. Infact it never gets connected. This has been from the day I bought this SIM. Almost everyday I give a call to the Airtel customer care and I need to explain my problem to everyone and as Airtel has started to charge some amount if you talk to the customer care, I get charged heavily... There have been a lot of occassions where people at Airtel have assured that this problem would get fixed. I have even spoken to a senior executive named ARJUN and he said that this issue would be fixed and they ll get back to me. But nothing has happened on this front eventhough it has been more than 4 months. I have written to TRAI about this too...

I hope something good happens soon..

I want my sim back. I have been used it from 1.5 years. It has life-time validit also. As I was in London since 4.5 months, my sim was out of mobile. Now I'm back in India and as I lost my sim in London I went to airtel office for new sim of my same no. But, they said it was given any other person. My that no is:[protected]. If I will not given that no back, I will complain against company.

when contacted your airtel cell phone toll free number 198 to clarify doubt after recharging for rs 210 and i got only rs 50 then i called your telly caller in between the call he come down to rude and disconnected the call on 24.06.2010 at 9:15pm.
i am waiting for your replay towards this matter as a airtel user for more then 6 years.

I have been getting unsolicited personal messages from the number[protected]. It does not look like a forward but it is very personal. The individual has been requesting me to chat and sending me romantic messages. Can you trace the user for me and block future messages. I would really appreciate it.

Airtel — Not getting incoming and outgoing calls for the last 24hrs

I'm a customer of airtel. I stay in Rakiyappa street (Mylapore) and on 26.6.10 I didn't get any incoming calls as well i was not able to make outgoing calls due to the tower was not reachable.Whenever any one calls me the recorded voice states that the line is busy even though it was not so. Please rectify this problem as there no other contact no. for me

Airtel Prepaid — NOT GETTING ANY RECHARGE

For STD SMS, Airtel is charging 1.50 per message. I don't know where as for TATA DOCOMO it's free after one time charged.

i am ramprasad s my mobile no [protected] is debited by 14 rupees debited on 27 jun 10 and ruppes 10 again on 28 jun 10 at that time my account was having zero bal now it is -9 ruppes, how can u debit like that, pls clarify immediately, or else i hav to take necessary action.And i am also reciveing some cals and sms from big 13 digit no pls avoid that also.
