PREPAID AIRTEL LTD — PLS HELP ME
Dear Concern,I am subsciber of prepaid Cell No. [protected] of Airtel Haryana. I got my cell no converted into lifetime validity in 29 Sept 2008 but last two days I am not being available to receive or do any calls from my phone despite having adequate balance and life time validity.I am barred from Incoming as well as Outgoing calls for the same connection without assigning any reason. And there is no response from customer care on phone even they don't bother to register any complaint for the issue and also there is no response from Airtel Customer Relationship Centre, Ambala for my grievances. I request to you to please look into the matter and please reactivate my cell number as soon as possible. My alternative contact no is given here below.

Airtel Prepaid — Cheating in different way
My Validity is got over on 20th Nov 2008. I called customer care and asked about the validity recharge and it should have STD offer. He given a idea to recharge Rs.297/- i did it. after that i tried to recharge Rs.34 for reduce the call cast by Re.1 all over india its not happen. i called several time and asked about the wrong idea given for Airtel. The responce is came from there side is very bad and they firied. please give me the suggestion to take over the action on them In this case you can call your Nodal officer visit the following link for contact no and details of your officer.

my no.is [protected] & air tel deducted 30/-in sept 08 with out my concent cust services told that this is not being done by airtel but in oct o8 i told them that daily 1 rs.is being done by airtel stk then they refunded rs 15 &stopped cricket pack but even today they are deducting rs 1 daily pl return 30 rs and daily deductions of rs 1 upto date also on 22 nov 08 e recharge was done but 12 rs not recd to date

Airtel Prepaid — HARRASSMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have a prepaid based in Kerala and am on roaming in TN for most of the time. I get incessant promotion calls from airtel and I get charged foR roaming if I answer it (which I invariably answer as the number is not known and you dont know if you are missing a call). I have tried to get through to customer service to say that i do not want to receive these promotion calls but there is no such option. The website says sms to 121 and our customer service will get back to you but what get backs to you is a stream of sms. Then, I tried the mobile number given - it gives you only four AUTOMATED OPTIONS that does not address my problem or most other problems in my opinion. There seems to be no way of getting to a customer service executive and their grievance redressal seems to centre around a visit to their service centre - seems rather odd for a COMMUNICATION company !!! Thats a nice way to prevent grievances or complaints!!! Everything else such subscriptions etc etc anything that they make money on seems to be available easily on sms or web or dial in. respected sir,

Last days I was activated your airtel prepaid scheme plan i.e. 30 paisa A2A
& 50 Paisa on other mob, there was 2 RS/- daily deduction and now I want to deacivate this plan, and that's why i am requested for changed my plan but i m not getting resposnse from customer care this is my 23 th complaint to airtel(1st from email, 22 from mobile) but till not changed my original plan(i.e. LIFETIME plan) so plz do it fast and give me response from urside, don't make harrasment, otherwise I have only one way i.e taking some Ligal action about ur company...(final way)...

Airtel Prepaid — NDNC Registered still receiving Calls
Hi,I have registered in NDNC on 10 Aug 2008 & my registration number is S[protected]. but still i am receiving calls & sms. i received 2 consecutive call from DEUTSCHE BANK Number is [protected]. on 2 dec 2008. Kindly do the needful for the same.
