Airtel Prepaid — National security in danger

I had bought a lifetime incoming prepaid connection from a dealer of Airtel in Girgaum, Mumbai. The sim card stoped functioning after 1 month and some days and the message of "sim is missing" displayed on mobile handset. On visiting to AirTel gallary I came to know that the numbaer I was using is assigned to someone else's name and the solution given to me was to buy a new sim card with new number.
Why shall pay again for AirTel's mistake ??? What about the number which is already circulated in my business circle ?

The most dangerous thing happened later ... and there were several similar complaints
When I asked about what number is assigned to my name and the documents submitted by me... The answer was "We can not find number by your name"..???...
That means somebody else is using the number assigned to me by AirTel's system and if he misuses it there will be no trace of it ????

Yes, Bharti need to fix this as soon. else the same will happen.

I have been subscribed/renewed for the service which I had never asked for,
I am getting a message from the No 58243 & 64611010 that you are charged Rs 10 alternatively after 2nd or the 3rd day.from the past One and a half month.
By calling ur Customer care executive they are talking ambiguous.
I had even made a complaint to the executive on 3/1/09 complaint no[protected], I was told that i will be refunded Rs 150 within 72 hrs.
Then I calledcustomer care on 6/1/09 talked to the executive named Mr Jayesh at 2:20 PM he told me that your amount will be refunded by Midnight.
Again I made a call to the customer care at around 11:AM i have been told that we can give you only Rs 20 that to within 4 Hrs.
Is this a cheat from Airtel /Mr Bharti

I had lost my mobile today early in the morning at 5-30 am...my mobile no...+[protected], while i was trying to call to my mobile, the person was not answering...but sometimes i got a busy tone that means he made a call to someone...i would like to know the list of last dialled or answerd...can u please update me?
