Airtel Prepaid — Activation of Shairy Tips Service without my confirmation

Hi,

Received a recorded voice message call about "Shairy tips" charging 10RS for 10 days. I never provided them any confirmation that I would like to get those tips. But to my surprise, the very next day, I received message saying "your Shairy tips service has been activated" and 10RS was deducted from my account.

1 Month back Airtel had done the same deducting 45RS for Hello Tunes, I called 121, shouted at the customer care executive, and got the 45RS refunded. This time even the 121 doesn't have the option of speaking with customer care executive. If I unsubscribe now, they wont refund my 10RS.

Not sure what one can do with shairy tips!!! Airtel is a completely FRAUD company promoting unwanted rubbish services without customers concern. Let me know if there is any way to get Airtel to court. Its not about 10RS but about the dirty ETHICS on which AIRTEL operates.

Airtel Prepaid — unfare activation of services on its own and balance deduction

I am a pretty old user of airtel service.But the matter to regret is that, now a days i am facing some problems like auto activation of different services and deduction of my balance.where i am sure that i never use any services other than gprs.A number of times i have consulted costumer care, but all was in vain.
its really a sorry state that i am not getting any services in this regard.

I was send an complaint on yesterday.But we have not get any responce by you. So do the necessary action about the complain other wise I have take an legal action about you.

My phone disconnects automatically after a few seconds of call. I am facing This problem in both the incoming and outgoing calls for the last fifteen days. I have inserted the Sim in other phone set also but the problem is still existing. I am not able to contact the customercare at 121. Please solve my problem at the earlest. Thanks

my name is imran malik jhakowala i am useing aritel prepaid and my number ( [protected] ) from a year. my problem is that my balance is getting deducted unneccerey and when i am calling customer service number ( 121 ) they r not resoliving my problem and when i am calling them they are keeping my call on hold for 5 to 10 minuts and then they are hung up my call, and once they were rude on me the agentover there he was shouting on me. so plz do take this case very serouisley or ill do something to my self and write a complain for airtel i belive you people will take some serious action andget back to me as soon as posibale.

i have purchased a nokia bundle offer lifetime sim from custom shop, warje pune.
and i have submitted all my documents thr.
but it not to be activated that day.at second day i have received a message
airtel chunne ke liye dhanyabad. Naye doc policy ke anusar aapki address veryfy hogi
jo niyam anusar jaruri hai phone chalu hone ke liye 123 dial karen.
but after dialing 123 the operator ask me plzrecharge ur card for activate ur prepaid services.
On the base of customer care i have recharge my card for amount 60 & also amount 22
but from yesterday it not activated.
Plz activate my card immediately. Unless close my connection.

Airtel Prepaid — Unsolicited SMS

I am Airtel Prepaid customer [protected]. I am writing this mail in absolute frustration, where useless SMS "Love Tips" and "Thoughts for the day" are sent to my number and Airtel is charging for it @ Rs./-3 per SMS. I had given complaint to 121 customer care, but even after giving the complaint the same things are repeating again and again.

Finally I had decided to stop the service of Airtel after viewing several complaints of this kind on portal http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/airtel-prepaid-card-c232982.html also advicing to the all the customers of Airtel to stop using Airtel service.

Airtel Prepaid — debit balance

on date[protected] company offer full talktime on recharge Rs-88. I was recharged by Rs-88 but talktime is gets only Rs 77.78 . remaining talktime is not come.
on date[protected] airtel activate my airtel radio service without my permission &chaged me Rs 30 .
& then they charged Rs10 for 10 mins of music & jokes for 10 days . I call custemercare. the service exiquitive tell me 1st you have only charged Rs 30 & no charged Rs10 .then he said me you have charged o[censored]se airtel live but I m not use airtel live the Company is very very bad I want my balance back quickly.
