[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Unnecessary marketing calls & sms

Sir/Madam,

I am an Airtel customer(prepaid) since 6 - 7 years, mobile no.=[protected]. I am now very much sick of the telemarketing calls and sms(callertunes, offers etc). The calls I receive from airtel are more than my personal calls which i receive.

Throughout the day as well in the odd hours I am receiving these calls & sms which i think now are disturbing and mentally harrassing me, my age being 50 yrs plus and already i am a patient.

Kindly get me rid of all such calls & sms with immediate effect.

Airtel — MARKETING CALLS AND SMS FROM AIRTEL COMPANY

Dear Sir,

I am geting the Marketing Calls on my telefone no.[protected] from Air Tel company as well as the sms from Air Tel. If you do not stop these calls and the SMS, I will be lodging the written complaint with TRAI.

The marketing calls are coming from Tel Nos: [protected].

Also you are sending the SMS early in morning at 4.45 AM.

Please stop this nonsense immediately.

AirTel — Unnecessary Marketing SMS

Hi friends, Iam karthick from Chennai, iam using the airtel connection for the past 5 years, the service of airtel is simply superb and awesome for the past 4 years, now a day’s iam getting unnecessary marketing sms via daily, which makes me really frustrated. iam nearly getting 10 to 20 sms per day, when I was trying to call that persons the calls seems to be not reachable, The numbers which Iam getting the sms are "[protected]", "[protected]". Please tell me if there is any way to solve this issue.

Prepaid connection — blocking connection when i am already a customer for past 1 year

i had purchased airtel mobile connection number which was an add on number to my broadband connection.the mobile no given was [protected] sim no[protected] .i had submitted a copy of driving licence,copy of pan card,original Airtel bill giving my address and details of my broadband connection and a photo.My address was verified my some people of airtel who rang me up on my mobile [protected]after a few days and verified details like my address and other personnel details .thereafter after few days my connection was cut.i went to the dealer at ashok vihar and requested him for help.after running to him for a couple of times he has asked me to go to kamla nagar office and prove my identity.I am an army officer and already an existing customer of airtel.I will not go to any of your offices to prove my identity as i have already submitted the required documents.in case you decide I am not worthy of an airtel connection please refund the rs 450 recharge i had made on the new number and also disonnect the broadband service .please take decisive action within 48 hours failing which I will be forced to take next step.

AirTel — Unnecessary Calls & Messages from Airtel

stop unnesessary messages & calls for advertisement on my mobile, no . [protected]. And there has a been automatic deduction from my account balance even I don't have enrolled for any services or made any calls .

Airtel - prepaid — Unnecessary SMSs sent

I am un-necessarily bombarded with sms's on my Airtel Mobile from advertiseres, Airtel operators with heading as "Push Message"
I ave not subscribed to it than why i am been harrassed?
Please help me in stopping the same.

Airtel — Blocking Outgoing Call unnecessarily

Dear sir
This is to inform you that am a subscriber of Airtel prepaid [protected] Kolkata Telecom Circle. I purchased this Sim on December 25th 2010. My GPRS balance in this number is 1.6 GB approx. Dont know whats wrong with Airtel, For the last five days or so, am wont able to make any kind of outgoing calls and Data Usage (Internet Surfing). Whenever i going to call any number am getting this error prerecorded voice response "YOUR CALL IS BEING CONNECTED TO THE VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT" "PLEASE CHOOSE ONE OF YOUR LANGUAGE". When i chose the number, i get that your number is being connected to the customer care department, after that its saying Your number is invalid.. I have contacted their respective customer care department, "they said that everything is OK sir". Then the customer care agent asked me to hold the line in order to transfer my call to the senior Executive,m but the call gets disconnected automatically and my problem remains unsolved. I mean is this is No .1 mobile Operator of India?? They are not willing to solve my problem?? When i purchased the Sim i have submitted all the necessary documents, then whats the problem?? Please sort out my problem immediately. This kind o[censored]ncare attitude from Airtel is totally unacceptable. Please Help me out and Contact me on my another number [protected]. Am just got disconnected from the world. Please i want proper Resolution.

Sir, I got lot of wrong calls and missed calls to my Airtel number is [protected].i lost my Airtel mobile in my factory.My number was used by other persons.May i want to know the details of them by using their incoming and outgoing calls list.Please send me the incoming and outgoing calls list of my number from last 2 days.Please send me the calls list of my number to my mail id as early as possible.

Airtel prepaid mobile — unnecessary sms and charges

I have two airtel prepaid connections with numbers [protected] and [protected], where in unsubscribed jokes and sent and balance reduced. Inspite of our repeated calls to Airtel callcenter, it continues zeroising the balance.

Can I get refund for this?

AirTel — Marketing Calls / SMSs

I registered for DND with Airtel long back and continue to receive marketing calls / sms's . I have registered mutiple complaints with them with no result

This is harassing and i wish to know how can i solve as the marketing SMS from builders and marketing calls from credit card / insurance companies are just not coming down
