Hi, I am Ravikant, Before 1 month I have activated GPRS on my mobile(Biggest mistake in my life). After 4 days I have send msg for deactivation, but request was not confirmed for deactivation. Thenafter I have regular deduction on my account balance for GPRS. I have make many call to Airtel Customer Care representatives, but they only refund my balance, & fail to stop wrongly deduction from my account. My name is Tarun and my no is [protected]Im having an apple iphone 3g purchased from airtel shop while purchasing i was told that GPRS service is free for 1 year but now im being charged 15 rs per day and when im calling at airtel customer care they are telling plz contact to shop frm where you purchased the cell and the airtel shopkeeper is telling i will do something in some days and now he is not even receving my calls. Prepaid Mobile — Deduction of GPRS Charges.
My mobile no. is [protected].My GPRS services were deactivated on Friday - 18th due to low balance.
I tried to deactivate the same but of no use (system upgradation error).
I rechrged my account on Sunday and to my surprise, today Rs.14.00 were deducted from my account.
Will somebody look into this matter and reverse the charges.
