[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Not able to speak customer care executive

i am Abdulla masood, i am not able to get my call connected to customer care executive from my airtel prepaid no . i am Old customer of airtel. i was facing the same problm for a long time . still am facing . if i call to customer care from othr no . they tell to send a message to 121. I tried it so many times. nothing worked out . i dont know what kind of service airtel is providing. can u pls help me out.

i am not able to speak customer care executive in the website it is given to press 9 i tried that also but the call is not connected to the executive

Airtel is activated some services without my knowledge in my father number (he is a farmer) and charged almost 3 rupees daily for more than 2 months. When I asked the money back, they told it is not possible, and they will not deduct further. I don’t understand why Airtel earning money in such a way.

Even in my number, i activated internet pack (98 rupees) but they deducted 100 rupees for one day internet access from my main balance (not from internet pack). When I asked the money back, they told it is not possible.

The service is really bad, I am planning to change the provider for sure.
hey i ashish singh my airtel cellphone no. is[protected] before 1 month from my prepaid the airtel custmer executive had deducted more than 50 rs when i called them they disable ay call when i call to121 i am not able to talk with them so i want my money back
I am vikram Acharya...im still 2nd year PU student...i activated Facebook, Twitter, Fonebuzz and i also deactivated both in last month by calling many times to customer care...now these services are getting activated itself without any permission and i could not make a call to customer care in my mobile i had to do it in another airtel mobile and tell my number to deactivate my services...i need to get connected to customer care...plz help me out to do this...im loosing my money whenever i recharge...plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz... help me out...Friendz...
same problem im facing this airtel customer care DOG AIRTEL.
Tariff plan and number one Thief no proper support by customer care.
i called from diffrent number they pick to my call and they said send sms to MY AIRTEL to 212 and within 1 hour u can start make call customer care. its really horrible and they disconnect phone call without full information. what bull doing airtel customer care.
i did big mistake in my life. i want to move again in TATA DOCOMO network. i was dont know this type support for airtel customers . do not go airtel
THIS IS RAJ KUMAR FROM BANGALORE. ON 6TH DEC'12 FROM MY MOB NO:[protected] THEY DEDECTED RS.5 FOR AIRTEL RADIO SERVICE. AFTER THAT I WENT TO THAT STOP A SERVICE AND STOPPED THAT. THAT TIME MY RUPEES WENT OFF.NEXT TIME I WAS NOT THERE IN THIS STATE FOR 2 DAYS AFTER THAT WHEN I SWITCHED ON MY MOBILE I GOT THE MSG THAT YOUR AIRTEL RADIO SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AND THEY CHARGED RS.30. IS THIS ACCEPTABLE???? NOW IF I WANT TO CONTACT YOU THAT ALSO NOT POSSIBLE IN AIRTEL I'M VERY MUCH FED UP WITH UR SERVICE. REPLY ME IN THIS SAME NO.
I am Tanmay, the guy sitting in the customer care thinks dat hi is the manager of the company and talks rudely and answers none of my questions properly, i dun noe what dese people think they are, the everyday put some offer on my phn, charging Rs30, I wanna say that Airtel sucks...

i m ajay.customer care executive is not solve my problm.and they disconnect the call withoout giving any reasovable answer if it will happen continously then i will port my no. to any other network so please solve my problem my no. is [protected]
i m kiran bala ...i m facing the same problem...every month they activate some services without my knowledge...this month they activate some value added sevices due to which they r deducting 5 rs every 5 days...there is no custom care executive number...i want my money back and assurance that in future there will not be any deduction for these kind of services ...otherwise i will not recharge in future...my mobile number is [protected]

Shame on your company. I cant even believe that I'm unable to contact your customer care executive. Right now I've wasted around 2 hrs and still I'm not able to find a way to talk to your customer executive.
select * after dialing 121 and the select the IVR option for lost or stolen SIM (option 5 ) and then 1 to speak to customer care and they charge for the call as well... the worst customer service :(
Could not connect to customer care executive.. Could not find the option any where.. India's huge and leading network afraid of connecting to customer service executive which means they have more problems which they cannot handle..
I have reached my airtel prepaid with 349 pack to get daily 1 GB data per day.but unfortunately it has been changed to free internet pack daily per 200 MB. I have being tying to call customer care but I couldn't able to reach. Please revert my daily pack 1 GB data per day and let me know what needs to be done from end for same.

I have been using airtel for the past 10 years and I regret why I let this horrible company suck my money for the past 10 years., okay! Here is how they turn me off. They don't provide number for customer care. Its simple like this, they don't want us to complaint even if we know they are sucking our money. Isn't this extraordinarily horrible. Worst customer care service award goes to airtel. I pray they crush their business to zero sooner.
