i am Abdulla masood, i am not able to get my call connected to customer care executive from my airtel prepaid no . i am Old customer of airtel. i was facing the same problm for a long time . still am facing . if i call to customer care from othr no . they tell to send a message to 121. I did a recharge of ₹399 which stated, the recharge validity to be 70 days. But when the recharge was done it stated the validity to be 28 days. Tried to reach customer service rep, but was not able to connect by any means.

Hi Im chandana. I am not getting connected airtel customer when i call them. I need help in this matter. How do i get connected to them.

how cheater u airtel are, worsttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt service atleast we are not able to ask any problem with u, can any one tell me how come suddenly my dad balance around 90rs got deducted from number [protected] & my number [protected] if any body is seriously doing there job then give me reply within 2 days, or else i will port to another network + inform all my relatives, collegues, each & every body to throw airtel for permenently.

this is an airtel promise... worst fake... cheater
