SIR I AM RAKESH KUMAR FROM PANIPAT (HARYANA) . I M USING AIRTEL PREPAID NO. [protected] . ON 27/11/2010 I REQUESTED FOR PORT OUT FROM AIRTEL TO TATA DOCOMO . TATA DOCOMO EXECUTIVE SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE MAXIMUM 7 DAYS . I WAITED FOR IT. BUT TODAY AFTER 26 DAYS MY NUMBER IS NOT PORTED OUT.AFTR 10 DAYS WHEN I ASKED FROM TATA DOCOMO EXE. HE SAID THAT YOUR REQ IS IN PROCESS. ON TATA DOCOMO EXE RESEND MY REQUEST FOR PROCESSINGS... IN THE MEAN WHILE I CONTACTED AIRTEL CUS CARE THEY SAID WE HAV NO RECORD FRO MNP , PLEASE VISIT OUR AIRTEL OFFICE IN PANIPAT. WHEN I VISIT THERE THER ALWAYS WE HAV NO RECORD PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE . WHEN I VISITED TATA DOCOMO OFFICE , THERE MR. VISHAL ( [protected] ) SAID THAT YOUR REQUEST IS HOLED BY AIRTEL BOTH THE TIMES . FROM LAST 2-3 DAYS I M CONTINOUSLY TRYING TO CONTACT AIRTEL COSTUMER CARE BT EVERY TIME THE STATUS IS NOT CLEAR BY AIRTEL . CCE's SAY THAT I AM TRANSFERRING YOUR CALL TO SENIOR EXE, AND THHEY DISCOONECT MY CALL.... PLEASE HELP ME OUT . Airtel Prepaid Haryana — Cheating Customers by charging more then our use..
My mobile no. [protected]Airtel is charging more megabytes of mobile office...
i hv checked my left megabytes on[protected] morning, and after 1 hour i again check it was 24 mb less then the prevoius..
i hv called customer care but they are saying ur computer and mobile reading is incorrect...
means they are cheating customers...
they talk rudely also...

Airtel Prepaid Haryana — Cheating, wrong information
I am with No. [protected] from more than 5 months. I august 2009,I have received SMS automated calls from Airtel, “recharge with Rs 69 to retain your life time validity services”.
Immediately I have recharged with Rs502 on 21/08/09 2:37pm and activated my GPRS service but calls & SMS were not abandoned.
Than recharged with Rs.70 on 25/08/09
Again calls & SMS were not abandoned.
Called to customer care talked with some Prabjot, he said don’t worry avoid them you have already recharge with Rs. 572
After few days I SIM registration was failed
I talked to Customer Care team leader, some girl said we are sorry for the wrong information provided by prabjot but we can’t help you at all.
I contacted nearer Airtel shop and after a huge struggle of 5 days got my services bak.
Than I have recharged with Rs333 on 28/09/2009, TransID[protected]
But again I got SIM registration is failed, I contacted to customer care thy said “information here says you SIM is to be stopped on 6, oct, 2009, and we can’t help you in this we are sorry”.
This time I am fed up with Airtel, please provide the solution.
