Airtel Prepaid — outgoing is not working
i had purchase an airtel prepaid sim on fifteenth aug 2008.i had submitted the documents two times but my outgoing calls are not working.my no is [protected].please help i have airtel connection my number is [protected](prepaid)

i have took new airtel mob. ([protected])connection on 31/july/08. after using 22 days on 22/aug/08 at 1:30 pm i got a sms from Airtel for submittion of id proof and after 2 hour my no.was barred( both outgoing and incoming).
since i have allready submitted my all document but dont recieve any verification call my no was closed. so what should be my course of action? where i should be complain about this behaviour of Airtel?

i have enough balance in my cell but the outgoing facilty has been blocked whereas i have submitted my concerned documents twice.
when we call to costumercare then we are not able to talk to the costumer car executive.
when i check my balance then it is showing me :
"application down"
please solve the problem as early as possible and provide the costumer executives no. so that in future we could easily consult them.

sirmy outgoing calls have been blocked since last 24 hrs. whereas i have submitted all concerned documents twice .
i am not able to talk to costumercare executives also.

when i try to check my balance then it shows:

I bought an Airtel prepaid connection from Kharghar on 12 Dec 2008 and was alloted No [protected] . All outgoing calls have been barred despite submitting all the requisite documents.The customer care does not have any valid explanation for this problem nor has this problem been rectified so far . This has created untold misery to me and my family.May I therefore request you kindly rectify the problem and restore my outgoing calls at the earliest.I am a retired Army officer hence open to all kinds of scrutiny if required.

I am Vijay anbumani .J, i live in abroad at oman. I used to top up with Rs. 50/- once in 3 months time for keeping my phone in regular use. But from past 2 weeks i am getting only incoming calls/messages and unable to get call outgoing. My Mob. no- [protected], kindly make the outgoing calls too working in my mobile.

Why airtel disconnecting out going calls for prepaid customer even balance is available, its customer care is saying recharge some pack Rs.35/-or Rs.65/- to get the out going calls for next 28days, why its like this, if balance is available we can make call know, please look this issue and solve it

AirTel — outgoing calls is not working
sir,I am kannan,Staying at chennai.
My mob no is [protected].I have not making outgoing calls.I have furnished all the documents correctly.I have contact Airtel customer care 7 times.And the response is not favour.Actually my mobile has been lost.I call the customer care and I told to block my sim.After wards I buy a new mobile,and I get duplicate sim with my same number.At that time sim has work properly incoming and outgoing calls work fine.After next day only incoming calls is working.
I had contact Airtel customercare and I recieved a Reference number:[protected].other ref number:[protected],other one is:[protected].
So I request u to solve the problem and make my mobile outgoing calls as soon as possible.
