Airtel disconnected outgoing calls for prepaid customer even when there is sufficient balance, Instead i get some message to recharge to get the outgoing calls facility back. This is not acceptable, Why is the balance not utilizable ? why should i recharge for more when even the existing amount remains unused., i have a balance of more than Rs. 800 unused. Airtel service has done this without warning and its extemely unfair to customers. i dont feel i can ever trust you again. Please restore the outgoing facility or else i will look for another service that is trustworthy
