Hi,

I had made a payment of Rs: 2792.42 against my airtel mobile number [protected] in the month of November 2011 which was not in use for 3-4 months as I have moved out of Bangalore and when called on the number, the message heard was that the number does not exist but I did make the payment and asked to close the number by calling the customer care.

Now I am being asked to pay an amount of Rs. 1948.53 and being threatened of legal action if I do not make the payment by September 20th 2012. The number I am being sent the bill for does not exist. I do not understand why am I liable to pay the bill for a number which does is not used by me and infact a number which does not exist.

Hi Arpit,

Thank you. I would request you to look into the issue urgently as I am being harassed by airtel by being threatened of legal action which is highly inappropriate. I do not owe any money to airtel for the number mentioned as I have paid the full amount and got the number closed. If the necessary actions were not taken by airtel, that is not my problem as I do not understand and I will not pay for a number that is not in use and that does not exist.

I again received an email from corporate collections KK for paying the bill and threatening me of legal action. I do not see any action being taken so far. Kindly reply.

    My airtel is No.[protected] and i am in Chennai. I requested airtel to shift for connection,when i talked to customer service they said it will be done but request number in sms didn't come After a week i raised the request again for shifting and then they processed it.Its seem in my location shifting connection cannot be done. So that i activated safe custody and then for not using broad band connection they have charged the amount.i called to customer service then i explained the situation,they said they don't have first request record,so they are compelling me to pay that amount. I said that i have made all my payment through net banking without any delays.I was honest also but you are just like money minded. Don't even caring for honest customers. Is it my fault that first request didn't get into file and recorded properly. I have wasted my money and time in all this. I clearly said that how will i pay the money for unused. Whats airtel is going to do for me?

      MY CELL PHONE NO IS [protected] AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS AIRTEL (AFTER DOING PORTABILITY FROM BSNL ), TO AVOID EXCESSIVE USAGE I HAVE REQUESTED THEIR CUSTOMER CURE DEPT TO FIXED MY CREDIT LIMIT TO Rs 3500/- . BUT AFTER RECEIVING THE BILL (PERIOD 2/08/2012 TO 01/09/2012 ) I GOT TERRIBLY SHOCKED WHILE LOOKING AT THE BILL AMOUNT , IT WAS RS 8275.74 . I HAD WRITTEN SEVERAL MAILS TO THEM BUT IN NONE OF THE REPLY THEY EXPLAINED THAT WHY THEY DID NOT BARRED MY LINE WHEN IT HAS EXCEEDED THE CREDIT LIMIT.
      WHEN A CUSTOMER WANT TO KEEP THE BILL AMOUNT WHITEN LIMIT THEN HOW COME A SERVICE PROVIDER VIOLET THE RIGHTS OF A CUSTOMER.

      Though I never visited Airtel Live site, yet I am regularly charged Rs.5.00 for Hungama Content (what is this actually I don't know). I contacted the customer care service official two days in succession. In spite of the withdrawal of Hungama Content from my number, yesterday I was charged Rs5.00 once more.

      Well, if AirTel has to earn money in this way, I would like to suggect AirTel people to do this gracefully and professionally. A beggar must beg like a beggar, with a KATORA (bowl) in his/her hand and standing in front of the door. What you say AirTel people?

      My mobile number is +[protected]. Any person can verify my complaint any time, if I am furnishing some wrong complaint.

      Airtel (Bharti Telecommunication) — Deducting Unnecessary Money On Regular Basis

      Once more I have charged Rs.5.00 for AirTel Hungama Content downloading.

      I didn't subscribe for the same and I don't have any idea about this. On contacting Customer Care they say No Service is active on your mobile, but this is consecutive five days AirTel is deducting Rs5.00/day.

      Please stop cheating by deducting money on regular basis, otherwise I have to discard this number.

        HOWEVER WE HAVE CONFIRMED FROM CALL CENTRE THAT NO CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED HENCEFORTH.BUT AFTER 3 HOURS CHARGES WERE DEDUCTED.I AM VERY MUCH HARRESED BY YOUR SERVICES & REQUEST YOUR ASSISTANCE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE & REFUND MY BALLANCE WHICH HAS BEEN DEDUCTED.

        Im using airtel service since 3 years, it ws good compare to other services. but since two days automatically currency deduction is takinig place even though Im not downloading anything from airtel live with adownloading message from 64611050.Im fed up due this.I hope to get solution otherwise I WIIL GO MEDIA. I complained

        Sir,
        This is to inform you that i am a user of Sirtel mobile service.
        company had deducted Rs.60 from my mobile balance (Rs.15 each time, 4 times) on the basis of some subscriptions on 28 june and 11 july.On asking about this they replied that its due to use of GPRS.

        After that i requested them to please deactivate all those subscription, and they replied that all fecilities have been deactivated on 13 july.On 18 july again they charged Rs.15 due to same subscriptions and some others which i never ever subscribed.

        On reporting this matter no action was taken and not even my money has been returned.

        Within one month I have faced the same problem thrice. They are deducting Rs 30.00 towards deferent services which I have not subscribed. After calling to customer care service they refund it. Today they are not responding to my call. Is it not one type of cheating business ? If escaped alright , If caught refund.

        I am having a ssmart phone but i have stopped useing airtel live /mobile office service for long time due to their exuberent cost and cheating by them ( hidden cost , charging for desplayed free content etc) suddenly airtel have dedected 99 Rs for some stupid tadkalive activation which i have never activated from my side . after complaining to customer care the have accpted their mistake and refunded my balance .to my surprise after another 6 days they have again dedected 20 rupees for continuation of tadka live .....and this time they are not willing to refund me .I have never visite dthere site, am registered with do not disturb service and never send any sms to activate it.in fact i have asked them to deactivate even airtel live permanantly on my no which they are not doing as it is PREACTIVATE SERVICE.like this they are cheating so many people . I am even not aware what is this tadka live is all about how come i activte it at 2 0 clock in midnight ...........and why airtel is unfairly deducting amount for no reason

        Dear sir, i am one of the airtel prepaid user, and i recieved one sms from 55678 number regarding quiz per minute 3 rupees, so i dialed 556782 number as shown in my mobile, i had 185.78 rupees balance in my prepaid, after 20 minutes my call was disconected due to isufficient fund, and i checked my balance that time 5.78 rupees shown in my mobile screen, i gave the complaint to airtel customer service, but till now there is no reply for this, please give me help

        Two phone calls were there where after receiving the particular calls, the provider charged for Rs. 10/ in each case. That is in particular case it is Rs.20/-.

        We have a internet facility of Rs.98/- per month. But when ever internet is connected Re.0.60 per minute is being deducted from the main balance as call / sms charges which is not as per their tariff.

        Both the case I was cheated by the provider. I require the money back from the service provider.

        Respected sir,
        I am sahil Sharma of jaipur (Rajasthan). I am a bharti airtel prepaid customer ([protected]) since past 7-8 years.
        This is to bring to bring to your kind notice that On 28 nov 2010, i got my number E-recharged by a local vendor for Rs.98 (GPRS Pack) and the next day (29 nov 2010) only airtel deducted Rs.98 from my balance as the auto renewal of GPRS pack. I called customer care and informed them about this glitch and asked them to either waver those Rs.98 or extend the validity. But they denied to both and said it happened because airtel voluntarily activated auto renewal on my number without letting me know and the balance deducted because i had more than Rs.98 in my balance. I argued but in vain, i even told the representatives namely Tofiq and Paras Bohra (Senior) that i’ll go to consumer court and their reply was do as you like.
        So now i’m helpless. Kindly help me in this regard.

        i am narendra gangwar from bareilly (UP). I have activated 5 Rs. 50 MB mobile internet daily use pack and lost my other 47 Rs. just for nothing . when I enquired I came to know that they charged for GPRS service. Why they charge when they already charged 5 Rs. I also talked customer care for two times nearly for 10 minutes and lost another 2 Rs. but got nothing . they told me that they have lodged a complaint but I dont thinkso as nothing happened till today. so please enquire about the same...

        Airtel — tariff deduction for radio

        Hi Sir/Mam,

        My number is [protected]. Yesterday, on 5th March, 2011, I received a message saying "Thanks for subscribing Airtel Radio Service. You have been charged Rs 20."

        I confirm that I did not subscribe to this from my side. Hence, I humbly request you to please deactivate this service from my number [protected].

        I also wish to inform you that something similar happened a month ago in early Feb 2011. I was deducted Rs. 5 for Hello tune activation. I called your call center, waited for 6-8 minutes, and deactivated it. Yesterday's incident is the 2nd one.

        I can't keep doing this again and again. I value my Airtel relation. But these dirty incidents will kill my faith in your company.

        Once again I request you to please do the needful and refund my deducted balance of Rs. 20.

        However, I got my issue resolved. I called Airtel 121 and the exec was good and quite suddenly helpful. First he said I initiated a key 1 press to signify activate (Airtel Radio) when the auto IVR # [protected] called me. When I mentioned about the unscrupulous practices and this thread, he suddenly turned helpful and immediately offered refund.

        This is the 2nd complaint in a month I am seeing from the same prepaid #, and for me, this is no coincidence (I have 3 Airtel prepaid #s). I WONDER WHAT COULD BE THE PLIGHT O[censored]NSUSPECTING INNOCENT CUSTOMERS !!

        In case Airtel (or other telecom) heads are reading this, here's my point:
        1. Most considerate customers are not worried to death over small things like Rs. 5 or Rs. 20, but your corporate image & sub bases are in danger, especially with MNP lurking in India.
        2. Please investigate if there are any malpractices in your call centers. I came to know from Airtel "dealers" that they exist.
        3. Since I like Airtel services and genuinely care, I decided to put in this typing work.

        Airtel — Unfair balance deduction (Airtel live)

        I've been accessing free facebook on airtel live settings on my airtel number since many weeks...but then i started using same on my another airtel sim ( number [protected] ) on 2nd march...everything went fine and i was able to access free facebook on it. i hardly used it for 5-10 minutes..But after 15-30 minutes , i received a service message from airtel saying that thanks for using airtel live..And according to that message , i was charged a sum of Rs.50 for using airtel live,even though it is supposed to be free.Not only this, i was charged about rs 75 for it..i made a complaint by calling customer care and i was told that my balance would be credited before 7th of march...
        Then (on march 11) i again asked for balance refund but customer care executive and he told me that you must have used the airtel live service..he checked for a while and claimed I've used internet on 2nd 3rd and 4th march too...which was a claim...When i said i've only accessed facebook which is supposed to be free then he said no, facebook is not free...Then i said how can be credited rs 75 just for browsing for about 5 minutes..even if i download data for 5 minutes, i can't download this much..Is this your service airtel.?its been 11 days and I've not received my balance yet. Also,my balance was deducted 2-3 times after that unnecessarily thanks for using airtel live.I am really disappointed from airtel.First from unfair balance deduction, then from customer care executives.
        i want balance refund of about 70-80 rs on my number ([protected] )as soon as possible

        Airtel — Money deducted before the actual time.

        I got a message from Airtel that your airtel talkies service will be renewed in 3 days.
        I got this message on 16 March 2011 around 8.30 am. They deducted the money from my account before 3 days on 18th March 2011.I called them them they are saying they will deduct the money anytime after 48 hours. The information is not communicated properly and for that i lost my 30 rupees.

        Airtel — addition of 3g services and hello tune without my request

        the airtel co has started 3g facility and hello tunes on my mobile no. [protected] without my request or any confirmation. while i contected with them today they informed that there is no any such facility given to me, while they have deducted Rs. 59 for 3G and Rs. 15 in the name of hello tunes. After this i have tried to contact them for more then 25 times from my mobile but they cut the line without talking from their customer relationship officer.
        Now i am requesting you to do the needful and revert the facility alongwith my money and make a penalty on them, so they will stop cheating their customers.

        Since days my balance was statrted reducing @rs.5/- without any reason after calling at 121 i came to know that Airtel live has been activated on my mobile. And this was made without any of my permissions as neither i have applied for any such activation nor i have received any confirmation msg for the same nor any msg for deduction of balance as such. Afetr appling for deactivation yesterday a compliant no. has been allotted to me as CBDOV[protected] and even today my balance has been deducted.

        This is not for hte first time whenever i recharge my account with more than rs300/- some kind of activation is made on my mobile as on the last time airtel friends chat was activated and the balance was deducted. But since this was not due to my side activation i have already claimed for refund but it is not met.

        Pl look into the matter and refund the unfairly deducted balance.([protected])
        Dear Sir,
        Today Rs.76/- deducted from my prepaid a/c. The message I received was as follows. Rs76/- charged for the last call duration 00:00:00. After that I tried to call customer care for atleast ten times, every time I opt to talk to customer care executive its says thank you for calling airtel, and disconnects the call. What should I do? I opted for MNP and changed my network from vodafone to airtel 15 days back, I never faced such kind o[censored]nfair deduction problem in vodafone, i'm very much disappointed with this act. Kindly take evasive action and revert at the earliest . .

        when I am calling customer care centre it is being charged at the rate of 50 Paise per minute. even after keeping my call for hold for 10 minutes I was not getting any reply.         I was listening to the options of the caller tunes available and dis-connected the call without exercising any of the options.
        At that very instant i received a message notifying that caller tunes have been activated.
        Does merely listening to choices activate it ???
        What kind of a service are you people offering.
        Harassing the customers would only result in migration.

        This incident comes 2 days after I was charged 333 INR from an online prepaid site without any addition to my balance.

        I got continuous 4 msgs from Airtel Money on date 16th May, 2012 & in my airtel money account total Rs.425 will be deducted . Their are 4 automatic transactions done, in 1st transaction Rs.100, in 2nd Rs.200, in 3rd Rs.100 & in 4th Rs.25 will be deducted. These transactions are not done by me. These are automatically deduction. The time span between these transactions is 1min. It is impossible to complete one transaction in one min. So these are done server & it is automatically done. solve my problem.

        As per telephonic discussion with your executive Mr. Mandeep, they ask me to load cash one more time and give me the reference no. Then I will load cash & send ref. no. to Mr. Mandeep. Then total balance in my account is Rs.17, after 5 min. i got message from Airtel Money, payment successful & your account has been debited by Rs. 17 & current account balance is Rs. 0. Transaction ID:6820959. What is this going on. Can you solve this problem or not. Please clear it.

        Airtel Money — Automatic balance deduction of Rs.442

        I already given a complaint on 20th Jun,2012 about airtel money but still it is unsolved. Total balance of Rs.442 will be deducted in my account.
        On 9th of July 2012 I started receiving messages like 'Dear customer you will shortly receive airtel settings...' . I checked my balance and it was close to 70 rupees where as my balance was more than 115 rupees . I called up customer care , the representative put my call on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnected the call (happened twice). I called third time to customer care (ref # bdmo[protected] Ganesh Jambhale) and as usual he could not help anything about it, my balance was still getting deducted while I was talking to the customer care representative and eventually it became 0.0.

        I have not made any requests from my mobile or used GPRS services (not even by mistake) .
        Airtel is a leading telecom company in India and I have been using its services for more than 7 years , I am expecting a better response and service from them. Please look into this issue and get back to me as soon as possible. I shall provide you with my mobile number if required.

        AirTel — unfair bal deduction

        Hey there , I received a msg frm AT-AIRINF that I hv been charged rs.99
        for downloading sum game, neithe I hv downloaded any game nor I hv slightest idea dat why I m been tricked

        Again a disheartening deed by airtel. this is the second time i am writing a complaint against airtel. even last time i was not satisfied by their response. this time i am a victim of a case o[censored]nfair balance deduction from my prepaid airtel account in the name of airtel radio service. whenever i seek or receive a benefit from airtel, i soon become a victim of some or the other problem. this is not done airtel. i seek a quick and satisfying response from airtel as soon as possible.         my airtel no. is [protected]. while surfing internet on my android mob. i recieved a text message that i have downloaded some bikini pool content. but i did not download. when i contacted cust. care, a lady picked my call. she said yoh hv downloaded, but i denied. she tranfered my call to any other guy. that guy put me on hold for a long time n went away, nd did not come back. they deducted 30Rs. from my account.
        I activated Airtel unlimited 3G for 30 minute @Rs.9 plan after I got activation massage of my requested plan. I started surfing internet but within few minute they deduct my whole balance of Rs.41. When I asked customer care they told me I used 2G network thats the cause of deduction. and told me it was my fault I did not select dual mode of network though I checked in my phone (Samsung Galaxy S2) network type option it was HSPA. and signal bar at the top of my phone it was showing H+ symbol of signal. and my phone is already in dual mode. So I think its quite clear if deduction is due 2G network usage it was Airtel's fault they are providing me 2G signal. I want back my balance. My No-[protected].
        My Airtel Mobile No. is [protected] and my complaint is about unfair balance deduction. On 18 jan 2013, While using facebook I recieved an sms regarding balance deduction of 15 Rs. I didnot complaint about the unwanted service activation. I deactivated that services by text message. Now I received a text message regarding 10 Rs. Deduction but i found my 40 Rs missing. This makes a total of 55 Rs. The customer Care executive misbehaved with me and disconnected my call. Please help me to get the balance. Its the second I am facing this inconveniency.
        I last recharged my account for 1GB data for rs198 on 13th november.On 20th and 21st the data usage from my mobile became more than the limit automatically and my balance, which was around rs500 two days before, became zero.When i called customer care they said that i had used internet so the balance has been deducted.It is extremely annoying and I cannot understand how the data usage became so high in a short time.My mobile no is [protected].please look into the matter and credit my account again.I look forward to your reply.

        My Airtel number is [protected] and Rs4.0 has been deducted from my main balance for a hungama supermodel club subscription. I have not subscribed to any such service and Airtel is Cheating me. If this Problem is unresolved i will be forced to leave Airtel and advise my friends to do the same as well.

          In our organization through out India(In our Head Office and Branches) We have Airtel Broad Band Internet Connection for our Computers,Land Line Telephone system and Mobile Phone connections only. In our Cochin Office now we have 4 Mobile Post paid Connections(All Airtel) and we need urgently one more Post Paid Mobile Connection for Senior Manager Operations. For this purpose we made several request to the nearest Airtel Office at Giri Nagar(Cochin) through Telephone and when we realized the irresponsible attitude of the concerned staff, we sent our staff and repeated our request. Like this now a period of One and half Months elapsed still they are reluctant to attend to Our request, also we are faceing lot of inconvenience that our Manager is still with out an Official Mobile Connection.
          When we tried to lodge a complaint to Airtel we are not able to get any known number for the purpose.
          It is also our experience that when our land phone system fails the Airtel Staff never attend the complaint in time and delay for days the repair.
          If the same situation prevails we have only one alternative to report the matter to our Head Office and recommend for the cancellation of All the Airtell Connections and to use some other service providers.

                  The first payment was made thru ch # 67745 dt. 21.07.2012 for Rs969.67 was put in the drop box of Airtel installed at spics mobile shop at Munirka. The second ch. # 67748 dt.17.08.2012 was again put in the same box.

                  Started getting calls EARLY MORNING from Airtel collection agencies that the payments have not reached them. Despite my explaining my payments thru these cheque, I was given routine and stereo type reply if your account is debited then send them the copy of my bank account.

                  Refused to listen to my request to investigate why and where the cheque have gone (twice missing) and why have not reached them so far?

                  Mr. Mosim, the in charge of the office and her support Ms. Nisha on 07/08/12 and also spoke to Javed Asraf on 04/08/12 , all overlooked to the real issue. This made me to pay them thru on-line with the help of my well wisher as I not savvy with the on line payments.

                  I told these people that I am 68 years(Senior Citizen) and can not run around to probe into and ultimately stop the payment of these checks which I was ultimately forced to do so on 13/09 when none of them helped me. Even the person on the spics shop where the drop box Airtel is kept did not show any concern to resolve it and find out from the boys who opens the box every day.

                  When I was contact for that person, They behavior very rudely.
                  I dont think that AIRTEL is like that worst company.

                      I have registered the complain on 2nd Sep 2012 . My complain no is 21234692 talked with Mr . Nitesh . He told me it will resolved on 3 sep 2012 . Till time no body did contact with me regarding my complain . You can imagine the TAT of customer complain in Airtel .

                      Airtell Broadband Service — False Commitment

                      I ahve Broadband Connection in my wife s name residing at Ghaziabad.
                      We were given change of paln from Rs 899 to rs 649 with 20 % Discount inthe month of July 2009.
                      Inspite of this commitment they keep raising the bills at Rs 899. amount got accumulated till oct 2009.
                      Due to Non Payment of accumulated amount our Internet service was barged from 26th Oct 2009.
                      Still we were getting bill for the month of nove and Dec.
                      On 21dec aONe representative came and got the bill settled at Rs 977 as against the accumulated bill of about Rs 2000.
                      We made the cheque Payment keepning in mind that Airtell has removed all extra charged payment and settled the bill. But to our surprise we again got the bill for the month of december for Rs 1275 in Fisrt week of Jan 2010.
                      At the time of settling bill on 21st december the representative and the local collection centre man cheated us by Making false commitment once again.
                      Airtell is Cheating the people by Making False Commitment and not sticking to the promise made from their Representative or they adopt wrong attitude to collect some payment and again keeping mentally harasm,ent to the consumer as it is done in my case.

                        PATHETIC SERVICE STANDARDS (AIRTEL)!

                        Yesterday I gave the request for converting my Postpaid to Prepaid, I was told that my number will start working in 4 hrs but that didnt happen. I kept waiting till late night when other representative told me there is a language problem and it will start working in 10 mins once you select the language.

                        I kept waiting! Called up again someone else told me that it will work in 24 hrs, today morning when I called up again someone else told me it will take 48 hrs.
                        There is no end to excuses given by customer service executives. When I asked them to connect to their manager, the phone keep ringing and no one is there to pick the phone.
                        Sent lots of mails to always get an Auto reply but nothing on why there is a delay.

                        This is causing grave inconvenience to me and my work is getting affected.

                            i have called Airtel customer care center on 198 no. for complaint about balance reduction. they told me you are active other pack so your balance is deducted but I could not active any pack. i realize that for each customer care call they cut 10 Rs from my balance for 2 minute.till its going on after stop calling.

                              i am getting a software download error for past 20 days.I have launched 1st complaint on 29th Aug,2nd complaint on 7thSep, the problem didn't get resolved then we again called up your customer care on 12th sep.There I was connected to Indragit of escalation department.He assured that the problem will get resolved latest by 5:30 pm on 13th sep.He also gave us the number and name of area manager-Tirupati global([protected]).We called Mr. Tirupati global on 13th sep at 5:30 pm.He promised us that the engineer will be visiting our premises next day(14th sep 1st half)but no one came and we called tirupati global continuously on 14th but he didn't receive a single call.

                              Today I receive a call from your customer center saying that in our area dth engineer has a problem with local cable operator.We even suggested him that we will pick up the engineer by our vehicle from any local location in kharghar. I think we have done our best to resolve our problem but i am surprised to see that a established DTH player in the market is not able to satisfy the customer.

                              Kindly take the this issue on priority basis.We will appreciate the effort.

                                From past two weeks i am not receiving all the channels airtel digital tv. Even after complaining with the customer care several times and even after escalating to their Area supervisor, Floor manager no one turned up to rectify the issue. in middle of last week i had received an sms saying the issue is resolved but in reality its not resolved. Not sure how to the service back from Airtel

                                  My number [protected]. Some FonetWish service has been activated in my phone number without my knowledge. They have took a amount of 30 Rupees from my account also. I contacted the customer care officer and he refunded me the amount and said they will Deactivate the Service.Soon after his Deactivation the amount was refunded. but the FonetWish was activated again.CONTACTED AGAIN the second Customer care officer did the same.. The FONET WISH Was Again activated for the third time on its own. now i cant contact the Customer care officer as the option has been disabled on my number.I recieves message like "You have been successfully subscribed to Fonebuzz by Fonetwish. You will be charged Rs 30 for 30 days.Dial *515# to....." . PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO REMOVE THE SERVICE AND REFUND.

                                  I have Airtel Life Time Pre-paid sim card. It was Maharashtra based sim.My number is [protected]. My sim was stolen yesterday Night(2008/02/11)from my Hostel Room . Now somebody is using my sim. So Kindly do block the above number.

                                  this is Esther J, i am using Airtel telecom services in prepaid, i have purchased this sim for Rs. 500/- and my family members are purchased the sim for Rs.1000/-,

                                  there call rates are very very high, and there charging other hidden,

                                  for the last two months or so, airtel is seen charging more from my pre paid connection. they are not charging 1p/sec; but more. on two occasions, i found my account got debited for incoming calls as well! today i made a call of duration 9 minutes 15 seconds. it should have been charged r 5.55/- but instead r6.40 or so was charged. its very difficult to call customer care as well coz' they would charge for those calls!

                                  Hope the airtel people will see this and look into this. If they don't, its time to move on to another provider as MNP is round the corner.

                                  Airtel — Being charged unnecessarily for 0 duration calls

                                  Hello,
                                  I'm the owner of mobile number [protected]. I recently recharged my mobile prepaid airtel service for Rs.360. After that not sure what happenend, every day I'm getting messages every few hours that my balance is deduced for calls made and the duration its showing is 0 seconds. This has been happening continuously for the past few days even though I haven't made these calls. I even called customer care and they haven't resolved this problem yet. I have not done any internet access also. Please see attached picture of the message I'm getting. See carefully the duration of the call, its 00:00:00 seconds. I didn't make this call by the way. For the calls I'm making, its charging correctly. Please resolve this ASAP. Otherwise I'm switching my service to another provider.

Without my permission some value added service is activated and balance deducted, kindly deactivate service and return my deductive balance & see that no messages of VAS will be sent as i don't want any VAS.
