My broadband is not working since 23rd Aug,2012.After making multiple call at airtel customer service and local vendor, no technician has come to see the problem & no solution provided to me even after assuring me to provide the same within 24 hour. Taking the Prepaid consumers for a ride....deducting cash from Pre paid balance for no rhyme or reason... I got a call from automated call system of Airtel, on picking found it was informing about Hello Tunes, upon disconnection got the message that Rs 2.71 deducted from my Prepaid balance....Upon calling the customer care, the guy from Call Centre was even more trained to defend the fraudulent action of Airtel... The DTH device is damaged by Airtel engineer and he told me that will be replaced with in one hour. but till no feedback no response from that engineer and after making many calls Airtel team asking me to pay for that device.
Why we should pay for Airtel Engineer fault.And now they are not response for our mail or call....

I was using Airtel broadband with fixed line service at Mysore, Karnataka till August 2nd week. This is one of poor service and business practices shown by Airtel. This company does not bother about the customer.

I am using Airtel DTH services from 3 years and from last 3 months we are unable to watch the channels because of their satelite migration.

We complained about 10 times from last 3 months and none of them bother to provide service. We are paying rent from last 3 months without getting any channel...

I purchase the Airtel Digital connection on 10-July-2012, but after activation I have notified the problem of difference between Sound & Picture for the specific channels.
For the same I have register the complaints 5 times in month.
